Allow me to address you at this hour in which the fate of the wholeworld is being threatened by a global conspiracy against God and humanity. Iwrite 10 you as an Archbishop. as a Successor of the Apostles. as the formerApostolic Nuncio 10 the United States of America. I am writing to you in themidst of the silence of both civil and religious authorities. May you acceptthese words of mine as the ••voice of one crying 001 in the desert" On 1:23).

Daily we sense the attacks multiplying of those who want to destroythe very basis of society: the natura l family. respect for human life. love ofcountry. freedom of ed ucat ion and business. We see heads of nations andreligious leaders pandering to this suicide of w estern culture and its Christiansoul. while the fundamental rights of citizens and believers are denied in thename of a health emergency that is revea ling itself more and more fully asinstrumental to the establishment of an inhuman faceless tyranny.

A global plan called the GU Dt Reset is underway. Its architect is aglobal elite that wants to subdue all of humanity. imposing coercive measureswith which (0 drastically limit individual freedoms and those of entirepopulations. In several nations this plan has already been approved andfinanced; in others it is still in an early stage . Behind the world leaders whoarc (he accomplices and executors of this infernal project. there areunscrupulous characters who finance the World Economic Forum and Event]()/. promoting their agenda.

The purpose of the Great Reset is the imposition of a healthdictatorship aiming at the imposition of libcrti cidal measures. hidden behindtempting promises of ensuring a universa l income and cancel ling individualdebt. The price of these concessions from the International Monetary Fundwill be the renunciation of private property and adherence to a program ofvaccination against Co\'id- 19 and Covid-J l promoted by Bill Gates with thecollaboration o f the main pharmaceutical gro ups.
