The great Charley Pride...
Passed away last week at 80 years of age. Rest in Peace Charley.
One guy I know pretty good and use to live at Lakeside and play incredible guitar is Ron Baker... Ron played with Charley Pride for 12 years. Ron is now back in Texas and by the way... still playing and making people happy... I am sure Ron is feeling the loss. Take a look at https://youtu.be/v-fIGKC6Cf0 on You Tube!... This is Ron Baker with a great musician that passed away on Valentine’s Day in 2016... Jay Shuffle... on harmonica. They were both amazing guys to play with and they were both here at
Lakeside for years. If you are wondering where they are making this video... it is Adelita Bar & Grill well before the renovations 10 years ago. Miss both of these guys... played many great gigs with them.
