An example of a voluntary muscle are the muscles in your legs that help you walk.
Muscles in your stomach are involuntarybecause you do not control your stomach’s churning action.
Are muscles that function without
a person’s control.
Your body has 3 types of Muscle:
1. Smooth Muscle
2. Skeletal Muscle
3. Cardiac Muscle
Smooth MuscleIs an involuntary musclethat is found in manyinternal organs.
For example in the stomach.
Skeletal MuscleSkeletal MuscleIs the muscle that is attached to bone.
It is a voluntary muscle.
Muscles in your:Neck, legs, arms
Cardiac Muscle
Is muscle that is only found in the heart.
Are tough tissue fibersthat connect muscle to bones.
