Pricing StructureCIF
The Food Box and your company will agree on a CIF price and all purchases will be made at this agreed price – commissions will be added
onto this price when products are in China
CIF example (CRG will need to add clearance charges per container):You will send the products to our
bonded warehouse:a) Handling/Storage/Labelling +5%
b) Brand Building and Marketing Rebate (Optional) +5%
c) CRG/The Food Box Commission +10%***
Final list price = CIF + (CIF*20%) =20%
CRG product sell out price depends on sales channel:
Distribution Price (this is the price that all distributors will buy for - in RMB in China - based on a container load). MOQ:
MOQ: Pallets to container loads
Distribution price will be agreed between us before
implementing
CRG/The Food Box (TFB) may also import container loads to break down to pallet or case loads to sell wholesale / B2C.
TFB pays all charges and acts as the importer and then sells locally in Chinese RMB

Wholesale Price (distribution price + 25/35%). Stock must be available in China for TFB wholesale functions +25/35%
RRPTo be agreed between us. RRP will be shared with
distributors & retailers
Pricing StructureFOB / CIF
If distributors/retailers would like to arrange their own import then The Food Box will only take a 5%*** commission
• For F.O.B orders we will get the distributors / retailers to place orders direct with your company and the payment terms will be
agreed between you and the distributor (CFS can also do this on your behalf if you prefer). The distributor / retailer will place orders
and arrange their own import
• TFB will act as your General agent in China so we will find these distributors, do marketing, register products, give you full
time support, arrange follow ups etc. and we will take a 5% commission upon sale for this service. You can add this to the initial
F.O.B price and then pay TFB after you have been paid
• If the distributor / retailer would like to use CFS's import license and services then we will agree the terms with them
• If any credit terms apply - they will need to be agreed between merchant and supplier
