Structural Steel Fabrication

There are three major manufacturing facilities in China covering some 850 000 square meters of which 130 000 square meters is under cover. The factories are capable of producing upwards of 45 000 tons per annum of fabricated steel products and annual turnover exceeds US$40m.

Steel sections to many international standards are produced and specific requirements can be made on request.

Some of the equipment used Some of the equipment used in the manufacturing process are digitally controlled profile cutting, plasma arc cutting and drilling machines. Submerged arc welding machines are used and all fabricated items are sand or bead blasted before painting.

All the manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 certified and apply the best quality control practices
