Standing on the T-Zone with the power turned off, bend at your waist,reach for your toes, and see how far you can get. Turn on themachine for two to three minutes, then reach for your toes againand see how much farther you can go.
Whole Body Vibration works your muscles by gently causing eachmuscle to contract and release. As your muscles release, the fibresare lengthened and stretched. With this lengthening, flexibility isincreased, and your range of motion is noticeably improved.

but to the left this time.
Now turn on the machine andstand in a regular, relaxed
position for at least 60 secondswhile the machine base oscillates.Then repeat the broomstick pose
above, giving yourself a farther goalto point to. Notice where your
outstretched hand is now pointing,and you’ll see a dramatic change in
how far you can turn in eachdirection! That’s evidence of the
