TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1. All dining, accommodation ans spa offers or packages are subject to availability and change. The Chester Grosvenor will continue to follow Government guidance and restrictions with regard to COVID-19 and we thank you for your understanding.

2. The hotel doors will close at 4:00pm on Christmas Eve and re-open at 11:00am on Boxing Day.3. Guests are welcome to purchase gift vouchers from Reception until 4:00pm on Christmas Eve.

DINING

4. Table reservations will be taken until 2:00pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve and we and we kindly request that your table is vacated by 4:00pm.

5. All bookings for La Brasserie and The Arkle Bar and Lounge are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person and payment card details will be required to secure the booking.

6. A discretionary 12.5% service charge is applied automatically to your bill.7. Please advise of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.8. The à la carte menu will not be available in La Brasserie Fridays and Saturdays throughout December, Christmas eve, Boxing Day or

New Year’s Day.9. Group bookings in La Brasserie: groups of six or more must confirm the final number of guests 24 hours prior, tables of ten and above

will require a pre-order seven days prior.10. Children aged 12 and over are welcome to dine in The Arkle Bar and Lounge.11. All restaurants and bars will be closed from 4:00pm on New Year’s Eve. Room service will still be available to guests.

12. Price quoted is for two people and is based on two people sharing a Classic room, with full English breakfast and entry to New Year’s Eve dinner and celebrations in The Westminster Suite. Room upgrades are available for a supplement.

13. The New Year’s Eve package includes a glass of Champagne on arrival, half a bottle of Sommelier’s choice wine per person and a Champagne toast at midnight.

14. A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking with full payment by 1st December 2021.

15. 72 hours notice is required should you wish to amend or cancel your booking, after this the full cost of the package will be charged to the debit or credit card used to secure the booking.
