Coaching and mentoring employees helps to boost productivity, create a healthier work environment, ensure smooth functioning of business processes and improve moral. As human resources are the key in any organisation, it is important to coach and mentor the less experienced employees appropriately to reduce attrition, improve staff retention and create a culture of continuous improvement.

The PD Training Coaching and Mentoring Training Course provides you with a deep understanding and the skills required to properly implement important techniques such as personal and professional goal setting, developing career options, overcoming personal obstacles, building trust, giving critical feedback and more.

Coaching and Mentoring Training OUTLINE

Foreword:

In today’s environment of changing technology and evolving organisations, coaching can create a strong competitive advantage. It provides options for continuous learning and develops staff to meet current and future needs. Business mentoring and coaching is an investment that you make in developing your key resource - your people - for the long-term benefit of the organisation. About 6 out of 10 (59%) organisations currently offer coaching or other developmental counselling to their managers and executives, according to a nationwide survey of more than 300 companies conducted by Manchester, a human capital consulting firm. Another 20% of organisations said they plan to offer such coaching within the next year. Improved productivity occurs when managers develop strong relationships with their employees. Executive mentoring builds the capability of managers to help their employees with the intangible elements of human relationships. This Coaching and Mentoring Training program taught in this course will help you turn performance management into a collaborative process that benefits everyone.

Presentation Skills Training OUTLINE

Foreword:

To be a successful, professional presenter you need to be able to capture your audience and take them on the journey with you by using effective presentations, story-telling, interactive facilitation and of course engaging content. Good information, great ideas or the best of intentions only gets you half-way there. Positioning yourself and your ideas in a consistently positive and professional manner enables you to make a professional impression the first time and every time. Raw information is logical, but being logical does not capture or hold anyone’s attention for too long. Persuasive presentations start with raw information, then opinions are added and enhanced with creative imagery and given personality by the presenter. The more of the mind you tickle, the more retention and motivation you reap. This 2-day Presentation Skills Training Program will teach you how to prepare effective presentations, and how to utilise the best method(s) for delivering your message while maintaining your audience's interest at all times.

Measuring the return on investment (ROI) of a specific training program can be difficult at best. This often limits an organisation’s knowledge of how and which training programs benefit employees, which leads to poor budgetary planning for future programs.

The PD Training Measuring Results from Training Course provides you with the knowledge and skill development in various learning styles, training evaluation levels and plans, training measurement tools, ROI formulas and assessment of the training. This course helps your organisation identify and measure the tangible

and the intangible benefits of training so that you can plan accurately and maximise the return from future training programs.
