Mayor Energies problems

• Pollution– Global warming– Health Effects of Air Pollution– Damage the ecosystems

• External dependency – Energy Safety

Page 5: The Energy

Global Warming

“Global warming is an energy problem, and we cannot have both an increase in conventional fossil fuel use and a habitable planet”

What should we do?

• We’ ll be divided in 4 groups.• Each group will be split into the following

themes:– Solar Energy– Eolic Energy – Sea Energy– Energy’s Future

Page 13: The Energy

What should we do?

• Each group should prepare a presentation for the

conference concerning your topic.

• The visits made during the week will be useful for

carrying out the work.

• The presentation should not exceed 10 minutes.

• It should be done till Friday.

Page 14: The Energy

Eolic, Sea and Solar Groups

• What is the state of the energy today? • What will be the future trends? • How can we develop this type of energy?• Can we reach the targets bounded by the UE?• What can we do?

(These questions are only suggestions for the preparation of the work)

Page 15: The Energy

Energy’s Future

• What will be the future energies? • What will be the future trends? • What kind of energies will emerge?• What can we do?

(These questions are only suggestions for the preparation of the work)
