RT-9000 IMPACT TRAFFIC DOORThe Eliason RT-9000 door is custom manufactured to fit your opening and is a perfect fit for applications where pedestrian or motorized pallet jack traffic is present. The RT-9000 door combines an extruded PVC outer frame with impact-resistant ABS cladding, making it ideal for retail and grocery applications. RT-9000 doors operate on the Eliason V-Cam hinging system with aluminum hinge posts and ductile iron V-Cam and permanently sealed roller bearings.

The Perfect Fit for Heavy Duty Applications

The Sr-9000 features a heavy duty reinforcedinternal steel frame combined with a full perimeter extruded PvC exterior frame to ensure panel strength and integrity.

Sr-9000 door panels are clad with .100” thick impact resistant aBS thermoplastic, providing a tough, durable, moisture resistant exterior.

Sr-9000 doors feature heavy duty ductile ironv-Cams, ductile iron upper and lower hinge posts, and permanently sealed roller bearings. The result is smooth operation, strength and reliability.

The Sr-9000 is available with optional spring assist for high draft applications, aluminum or steel lower hinge guards, 180 degree v-cam hardware and easy Spring Bumpers.

CfC-free urethane foam core provides an “r” value of 12.18.

FINISH: .100” thick impact resistant aBS thermoplastic.

HINGES: heavy duty ductile iron v-Cams with nylon bushings, ductile iron upper and lower hinge posts, ductile iron lower pillow block with nylon bushing and permanently sealed roller bearings.

WINDOWS: Impact resistant polycarbonate vision panel set in sealed internal rigid PvC frame. Standard size is 14-1/2” x 22-1/2”. Consult factory for additional size options.

OPTIONS: available with optional easy Spring Bumpers, aluminum or steel jamb guards, spring assist and 180 degree v-cam hinges.

DOOR BODY: full perimeter heavy duty welded internal steel frame, reinforced at all corners with ¼” thick welded steel gussets. The internal steel frame is covered with a tough extruded PvC external frame. Impact resistant aBS thermoplastic cladding is bonded to the external PvC frame and the door is foamed in place with CfC-free urethane foam creating an “r” value of 12.18. Gasket seals are provided on the vertical and bottom edges of the door panel along with a frame mounted top seal.
