Enhance productivity. One full-time employee had to devote almost all her time to fulfilling

orders for the rule book, manuals and workbooks published by NACHA. Her time and talents

could be put to far greater use.

Change information frequently. The electronic payments industry is continually growing

and evolving, and NACHA needed the ability to update their publications often and quickly.

FedEx Office team members worked with NACHA to develop a customized e-commerce

solution that would allow end-users to order and print the most recent publications, as

they needed them. “We loved the chemistry and the alliance with FedEx Office. It’s been

a phenomenal experience,” says Sullivan. The team worked together to create a solution

that relies on the FedEx Office® network of resources, giving NACHA an online system

Solution

FedEx Office team members built a secure and customized print-on-demand solution. “It helps us distribute publications quickly, efficiently and effectively,” says Sullivan.

When NACHA needed fast turnarounds, the regional manager of their local FedEx Office drove projects out to Sullivan’s home.

Within three hours of submitting an order, the manuals were printed, bound and ready for customers. NACHA no longer had to destroy obsolete inventory, which also reduced waste.

FedEx Office offered local delivery to customers in rural areas and to those who didn’t have time to pick up.
