Our compensation plan offers two types of compensation. The unilevel plan pays Business Associates (BAs) commissions based on the DubLi.com VIP Lounge Members they register. The FSTB plan pays BAs based on the sales volume generated by the VIP Lounge Membership Packages purchased by new BAs enrolling in their downline.

DubLi Network pays Business Associates a fixed 20% commission on the annual $99 VIP Lounge membership purchased by the customers they personally refer to DubLi.com. Business Associates are also paid a 20-30% commission on the Cash Back transactions made by their personal customers and the customers they refer. Imagine your customers referring customers, who refer customers and so on… you get paid! There are no limits on the number of customers you can generate.

In addition to commissions on Cash Back transactions and new VIP Memberships and renewals, Business Associates can earn organizational commissions and bonuses up to 27.5% by sharing the DubLi Network business opportunity and building a sales organization of Business Associates and the DubLi.com customers they refer.

For those that truly wish to maximize the DubLi Network opportunity, you may complete the Partner Program Certification Training and earn from 10% to as high as 27.5% commissions on Partner organizations that you personally enroll into our innovative BSP Rewards Partner Program.

As a DubLi Network Business Associate, you can earn commission:

• When your customers make purchases and book travel through the DubLi.com global Cash Back website

• When your customers purchase and renew their DubLi.com VIP Lounge membership• On the DubLi.com shopping and travel purchases made by the customers referred by your

sales organization• On the Membership Packages purchased by the BAs that you personally enroll

(Fast Start Bonus)• On the weekly commissionable sales volume generated by your sales teams

DubLi Network’s product is DubLi.com, a global e-commerce website that offers Cash Back savings and a wide variety of online shopping and travel stores to millions of shoppers around the world. DubLi.com is free at the Basic level. There is also a $99 annual VIP Lounge membership that pays for itself many times over and offers VIP Lounge members an extra 2% Cash Back on their purchases in addition to exclusive savings and benefits.

I. DubLi Network Enrollment Packages

1. Business Package

To be eligible to earn personal customer commissions and receive complete access to the DubLi Network back office, anyone who registers as a Business Associate is required to purchase a Business Package for $99 (or equivalent in other currencies). This enrollment package allows you as a Business Associate to earn 20-30% Cash Back earnings commission on all customers that are personally enrolled by you and the customers they refer. You also receive your own personalized DubLi Network back office with a wide variety of marketing materials, reports, ed-ucational tools and much more.

Price: $99 | The Business Package is non-commissionable.

Please note: In order to remain continuously eligible to earn commission and receive complete access to the DubLi Network back office, you are also required to pay an annual Business License renewal fee of $39 on or before your BA anniversary date each year. There is no monthly autoship requirement.

Those that purchase a Business Package may enroll DubLi.com customers and earn personal customer commissions only. They are not eligible to personally enroll new Business Associates or earn any organizational commissions.

To be eligible to share the DubLi Network opportunity, enroll new BAs, and earn organizational commissions, a person can enroll as a BA and upgrade to Team Member (TM) or higher rank in one of three ways:

• By purchasing the Business Package and registering 6 VIP Lounge members within 30 days of enrollment; or

• By purchasing the required Business Package plus a TM Package; or• By purchasing a PPA Package – our most value-added package that includes a free Business

License and much more

2. Team Member (TM) Package + Business Package

To be eligible to earn commissions and receive complete access to the DubLi Network back office, anyone who registers as a Team Member is required to purchase a $99 Business Package and a TM Package. The Business Package, which includes a Business License and complete back office access, only needs to be purchased once and a $39 annual Business License renewal fee is required each year.

The TM Package is a VIP Lounge Membership bundle that includes:

5 + 1 FREE One-year VIP Lounge Membership Vouchers (a $594 value)

Price: $495 | The TM Package is commissionable at 450 CSV.

You may purchase as many VIP Lounge Membership bundles as you wish at any time.

The Special TM Package is a VIP Lounge Membership bundle that includes:

4. Partner Program Accelerator (PPA) Package

The Partner Program Accelerator Package offers new Business Associates a variety of tools to hit the ground running towards building their DubLi Network business from the start. The PPA Package is a VIP Lounge Membership Voucher Package that includes the Business Package, the BSP Rewards Partner Program Certification Training Course, and the DubLi.com Customer Landing Pages for FREE making our PPA Package one complete value-added bundle – a $4,467+ value priced at $2,475.

The PPA Package was designed to complement and support the growth and success of DubLi Network’s BSP Rewards Partner Program. The Partner Program Accelerator Package provides new Business Associates a greater income opportunity by allowing them to leverage and monetize the large databases of Partner organizations they refer while simultaneous building their DubLi Network business. The Partner Program is a win-win customer acquisition loyalty program that allows Business Associates who have successfully completed the Certification Training Course to increase their income potential on a much larger scale.

Please note: In order to continue to earn commissions and receive complete access to your DubLi Network back office, all Business Associates are required to pay a $39 annual Business License renewal fee.

Business Associates who are Certified to enroll Partners in the BSP Rewards Partner Program are required to pay an annual fee of $99 to remain Certified.

1. Personal Customer Cash Back Commission (20-30%)

The personal customer commission percentage earned on the Basic Cash Back earned by your customers is paid according to the number of VIP Lounge Members you are personally holding.

The more VIP Lounge Members you sign up the higher commissions you earn when all of your customers shop through DubLi.com. Please note: all customers referred by your customers, and so on, count as your personally registered customers.

As a BA, you earn commissions on each individual purchase made by your personally registered customers through the DubLi.com shopping website. You will earn commission on the Basic Cash Back percentages offered by each individual store according to the category* of the product purchased through DubLi.com website. Commission is not paid on the extra Boosted and VIP Lounge Member Cash Back percentages/amounts earned by your customer.

Please note: store Cash Back percentages are calculated on the actual sale value of each product /item; not including VAT, taxes or shipping.

*Some stores offer varying Cash Back percentages based on the product category of the item(s) purchased. Please refer to the expanded store card on DubLi.com website for details.

Commissions will not be reported as earned until DubLi.com has received the store’s sales commission payment. In some cases, this may take up to 90 days (or up to 120 days in India).

2. Personal Customer Commission on VIP Lounge Membership Sales (20%)

Personal customer commission on VIP Lounge membership sales is at a fixed rate of 20% on the $99 VIP Lounge memberships and renewals purchased on DubLi.com.

Exceptions:

• If a VIP Lounge Membership Voucher is used/redeemed on DubLi.com, no commission is paid for the VIP Lounge membership, whether you send a Voucher to a prospect or select the auto-redemption of Vouchers you may have in inventory.

Please note: all customers referred by your customers, and so on, count as your personally registered customers. If you have questions or need clarification, please contact our Customer Success Team.

3. Organizational Customer Commission (5% - 27.5%)

Organizational customer commissions are paid according to your rank in the DubLi Network unilevel compensation plan.

Organizational commissions are paid on all commissionable sales (i.e. Partner Program set-up fees, VIP Lounge memberships and Cash Back earnings of your organizational customers – customers referred by your sales organization), and excludes the initial Business/TM/PPA Packages and your personal customer purchases.

A total of 27.5% is paid from the organizational commission of personally enrolled BAs and Partners, plus Generation Bonuses of 1-2%. If a BA personally enrolls a BA or Partner and holds a rank other than Senior Vice President, that BA is paid their rank’s corresponding percentage; and the remaining difference of that 27.5% is paid to the higher ranking BAs in the support line genealogy (upline).

When multiple BAs hold the same or higher ranks, Generation Bonuses are paid according to the table below.

Note: Generational Bonuses are earned on organizational customer volume. To earn these bonuses, Business Associates must be at Team Coordinator or higher rank. A generation starts and ends with the rank that the Business Associate holds, such as Team Coordinator to Team Coordinator or Sales Director to Sales Director, and so on.

Example:

If a Team Coordinator (John) personally enrolled a PPA (Mary), John receives 15% of the orga-nizational commission that Mary generates.

• If the BA that personally enrolled John also held the rank of TC, that BA (Steven) would be paid a Generation Bonus of 2%.

• If Steven were personally enrolled by a Vice President (Jane), Jane would receive 10% of the organizational commissions that Mary generates (which is the difference between the 15% that John received and the 25% of Jane’s rank of Vice President).

At TM or higher rank, you also earn commission on customers referred by your sales organization (of BAs) when they shop through DubLi.com or purchase a VIP Lounge membership.

Organizational customer commissions are paid according to your rank in the DubLi Network unilevel compensation plan.

3.1 Rank Advancement

To achieve future rank promotions within DubLi Network, you must meet both organizational and Customer Point requirements for your next rank.

3.1.1 Organizational Requirement

• To advance to the rank of Team Leader, 3 personally enrolled Team Members, or higher rank, are required.

• Team Coordinator rank requires 3 personally enrolled Team Leaders, or higher rank.• Sales Director rank requires 3 personally enrolled Team Coordinators, or higher rank.• Vice President rank requires 5 Sales Directors or higher rank with 1 SD or higher rank in 5

separate lines.• Senior Vice President rank requires 5 Vice Presidents or higher rank with 1 VP or higher rank

in 5 separate lines.• SVP Diamond rank requires 10 Vice Presidents or higher rank with 1 VP or higher rank in 10

separate lines.

3.1.2 Customer Point Requirement

Achieving and maintaining the minimum number of VIP Customer Points for your rank qualifies you for organizational commissions.

You earn one (1) Customer Point for each active personal DubLi.com VIP Lounge member you register. Active means that their VIP Lounge membership is current/not expired.

To achieve future rank promotions within DubLi Network, you must meet both organizational and Customer Point requirements. The minimum number of required Customer Points increases as you advance in rank.

This qualification must be met by all Business Associates, regardless of rank or country of residence. (In Table 2, you will notice that the Customer Point requirement for countries that have or had the STM Package are different for ranks below SD.)

It is important for you to meet and maintain the required number of Customer Points in order to maximize your DubLi Network business. (A TM needs to maintain a minimum of 3 VIP Customer Points and continue to pay the annual renewal fee to remain active at TM rank.) To view the current status of your Customer Points, go to the “My Office” menu – “Customer Points” page.

3.1.3 Customer Point – Business Rules

If you have the required VIP Customer Points for your rank, congratulations! To stay at your current rank, you only need to make sure you do not fall below the required number of Customer Points.

3.1.3.1 30-Day Grace Period

If at some point you fall below the minimum number of Customer Points required for your current rank, you will be notified by email that you have 30 days to regain the Customer Points for your current rank. During the 30-day grace period you will be paid at your current rank. If you fail to regain the Customer Points needed within the 30 days, the system will adjust/match your rank according to the Customer Point table (Tab. 2). We encourage you to keep yourself updated on the current status of your Customer Points in your back office.

3.1.3.2 90-Day Rule

If you do not regain the Customer Points required for your rank within the 30-day grace period, your rank will adjust* and the 90-day rule will apply as follows:

• From the date your rank is adjusted, you will have 90 days to simply regain the required Customer Points needed to return to your previous rank

• If you do not regain the Customer Points within this 90-day window, you will need to re-qualify for your previous rank by meeting both the organizational requirement and the Customer Point requirement for your previous rank

*Your rank will only be adjusted if/when you do not meet the Customer Point requirement.

We encourage you to keep yourself updated on the current status of your Customer Points in your back office.

You are paid according to the rank displayed in your back office. During the 30-day grace period, you will also be paid according to the rank displayed.

3.1.4 Customer Point Requirement for New TMs and PPAs

You are paid according to the rank displayed in your back office. During any 30-day grace period, you will also be paid according to the rank displayed.

3.1.4.1 New TM

If you are a new Team Member (TM), you must have (3) Customer Points in place within 30 days of being activated or you will not be eligible to earn any organizational commissions. In order to advance in rank, you must have the required number of Customer Points and meet the organizational requirement for the next rank.

Example:

As a new Team Member, when you personally enroll three new Business Associates at the rank of Team Member or higher, you will advance from Team Member to Team Leader and have 30 new days to achieve the 5 Customer Points required for the rank of Team Leader; if you do not have 5 Customer Points within that 30 days, you will return to Team Member rank and the 90-day rule will apply.

3.1.4.2 New PPA

When buying a PPA Package (or a PPA Upgrade Package) you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to have your required (5) Customer Points in place or your rank will be adjusted to Team Member (TM). If you do not achieve the required Customer Points within 30 days, the 90-day rule will apply. From the date your rank is adjusted, you will have 90 days to achieve the (5) Customer Points needed to return to the PPA rank. To advance in rank, you must have the required number of Customer Points and meet the organizational requirement for the next rank.

4. Fast Start Bonus (FSB) 10% on enrollment packages

The next 3 ways to earn are part of the binary compensation plan – the FSTB System.

Earn a 10% Fast Start Bonus each time you personally enroll a new member that purchases a TM or PPA enrollment package. The Fast Start Bonus is equal to 10% of the package CSV (Commissionable Sales Volume) points. Each enrollment package has an associated point value that is equal to either 450 or 2250 points. The Fast Start Bonus is $45 to $225 that you can earn up front on every new enrollment package purchased by your personal enrollments as long as you remain an active TM or higher rank.

Active means that you pay the $39 annual Business License renewal fee on or before your anniversary date each year and maintain a minimum of (1) VIP Customer Point.

The Special TM Package, only available in certain countries is 270 CSV and generates a $27 FSB. A 10% Fast Start Bonus is also earned on the Upgrade to PPA Packages if/when purchased within 30 days after enrollment. If the upgrade package is purchased after 30 days, the sponsoring BA will not earn a 10% FSB – however, the CSV of the upgrade package will roll upline.

5. Team Cycle Bonus 10%

To earn a Team Cycle Bonus you must be an active and qualified Business Associate at the rank of Team Member or higher. You are qualified to earn a weekly 10% Team Cycle Bonus once you enroll two Business Associates that purchase either the TM or PPA enrollment package and are placed one on your left and one on your right team in FSTB system. As long as you maintain active status (with 1 Customer Point and pay the $39 annual Business License renewal fee) and remain qualified with at least 1 active personally enrolled TM or higher rank on your left and 1 active personally enrolled TM or higher rank on your right, you are eligible to earn a Team Cycle Bonus.

Each enrollment package has an associated point value that is equal to either 450 or 2250 points (270 points for the Special TM Package). This point value is referred to as Commissionable Sales Volume (CSV). Commissionable Sales Volume generated on your left and right teams is calculated weekly and includes any spillover volume from BAs that are placed in the genealogy below you.

Placement Rules

1. Your first personally enrolled Business Associate (STM, TM or PPA) will always be placed on your Community Team – the team that you share in common with the person that enrolled you (your sponsor).

2. Thereafter, every fourth personally enrolled BA (STM, TM or PPA) will be automatically placed on your Community Team.

You can select a genealogy placement preference for the other Business Associates that you will personally enroll in the future. Placement of your other new enrollments in the genealogy tree can be determined by the placement setting you choose (Community Team, Personal Team or Auto Placement). This setting is located in your back office within the Binary & Bonuses menu on the Genealogy Overview page. When Auto Placement is selected, you are allowing the system to automatically place future personal enrollments at the next available position on the left or right team that has the lesser sales volume.

3. BAs that only purchase a $99 Business Package will not be placed in the binary genealogy until they upgrade to TM rank or purchase a commissionable enrollment package (STM, TM or PPA).

Note: You have the option to change your placement preference setting at any time. There is no option for placing future enrollments on the Personal Team legs of the BAs in your organization.

You achieve 1000 CSV on your left and 450 CSV on your right this week. You generated 1 cycle of 400 CSV on the left and 400 CSV on the right, which equals a $40 Team Cycle Bonus. The remaining balance of 600 CSV on the left and 50 CSV on the right carries over to the following week.

The maximum Team Cycle Bonus amount that you can earn is $25,000 per week. When you reach this maximum, there is no carry over of volume. At the rank of SVP Diamond, the maximum Team Cycle Bonus that you can earn increases to $50,000 per week.

6. Team Matching Bonuses

There are two types of Team Matching Bonuses.

When one of your personally enrolled BAs earns an $800 Team Cycle Bonus, you will earn an $80 Matching Bonus that is equal to 10% of their $800 Team Cycle Bonus, as long as you remain both active and qualified with one personally enrolled active TM or higher on your left and one personally enrolled active TM or higher on your right.

6.2 Generational Team Matching Bonus – 5% to 10%

When you achieve the rank of Team Leader/PPA or higher rank, you are eligible to earn Generational Matching Bonuses on the Team Cycle Bonuses earned by generations of Business Associates within your sales organization based on rank.

The program is a value-add to the Partner’s existing business and facilitates loyalty and retention not just amongst customers but employees, investors and donors as well. Customers simply continue doing the same things they have always done – shop and book travel online with stores offering the best savings on products and services – and best of all, the Partner earns a commission on all of the transactions conducted through their co-branded DubLi.com website.

A Partner is a company or organization that registers to participate in the BSP Rewards Co-branded Partner Program at www.bsprewards.com.

The set-up fee for the co-branded Partner Program: $3,995* Partner Annual Renewal Fee: $495

This means that at any time during its active co-branded relationship with BSP Rewards, when a Partner’s revenue exceeds 100,000 USD / 95,000 EURO / 145,000 AUD, the organizational commission of the sponsoring BA, as well as BAs support line (upline), will be reduced by 50% for the duration of the time a Partner remains active.

This reduction does not apply to a Partner enrolling another Partner – organizational commission is not reduced.

7.1.2 When a Partner enrolls a new Partner

When a Partner (A) enrolls a new Partner (B), the support line (upline) of the BA that personally enrolled Partner A will receive the following organizational commissions based on their BA rank:

7.2 Partner Commissions for Active Partners

• The Partner earns a generous 30% of the annual $99 DubLi.com VIP Lounge memberships and renewals purchased by their customers on their co-branded website

• The Partner also earns 30% of the Basic Cash Back generated by their customers’ shopping and travel purchases made through their co-branded website. The Basic Cash Back percentages offered and paid by stores are displayed on the website and vary by store (Note: VIP Member Cash Back percentage and Boosted Cash Back amounts are not eligible for Partner commissions)

• Existing active Partners are eligible to personally enroll other Partners into the BSP Rewards Partner Program

• A Partner that enrolls another Partner will receive a 5% organizational commission as long as they both remain active Partners

• The 5% organizational commission means that the sponsoring Partner earns 5% of the annual VIP memberships and renewals purchased, plus 5% of the Basic Cash Back earned, by the customers of the personally-enrolled Partner

Examples:

• If Partner A enrolls Partner B, Partner A earns 5% of the VIP memberships and Basic Cash Back generated by Partner B’s customers

• If Partner B enrolls Partner C, Partner A does not earn on Partner C

Exceptions:

A Partner that enrolls another Partner does not earn commission on the start-up fee or annual maintenance fees paid.

Partners are not eligible to sign up DubLi Network Business Associates.

Partner Commissions – 3 Ways to Earn

• 30% of the annual $99 VIP memberships and renewals purchased by their customers

• 30% of the Basic Cash Back generated by their customers’ shopping and travel purchases made through their co-branded website

• 5% of the $99 VIP Lounge memberships/renewals purchased by the customers of the any personally-enrolled Partner; plus 5% of the Basic Cash Back generated by their customers’ purchases through the co-branded website

8. Special Incentives and Promotions

DubLi Network offers incredible incentives and promotions to reward activity and leadership, and to support the growth of your sales teams. Incentives and promotions offered change from time to time and are not a permanent part of the DubLi Network compensation plan. Please refer to the Promotions page in your DubLi Network back office for information and qualifications about the current Incentives and Promotions offered.

IV. Definition of Terms

ACTIVE – Active status means that a DubLi Business Associate is currently eligible to earn commission with a Business (License) Package and a minimum of (1) VIP Customer Point. To maintain active status all Business Associates are required to pay the $39 annual Business License renewal fee on or before their BA anniversary date each year and maintain a minimum of (1) Customer Point.

BA – A Business Associate (BA) is a DubLi Network member that purchases a Business Package (License) upon enrollment and an optional Membership Package through DubLi Network. A Business Associate must always identify his/her self as an Independent Business Associate of DubLi Network. BA is a general term DubLi Network uses when referring to its member(s). The term BA is also used more specifically to mean those who enroll with a $99 Business Package only. The BA that purchases a Business Package only cannot enroll other BAs to establish a DubLi Network sales organization. This type of BA can only refer and sign up DubLi.com customers. A BA can qualify or upgrade to a Team Member (TM) position.

BUSINESS PACKAGE - To qualify to earn commissions and receive complete access to the DubLi Network back office, anyone who registers as a DubLi Network Business Associate is required to 1) purchase a $99 Business Package one time upon enrollment (PPA Package includes the Business Package) and 2) pay an annual Business License renewal fee of $39.

COMMUNITY TEAM – In the genealogy tree view, this is the outside team that you share in common with your sponsor.

CSV – Commissionable Sales Volume – Each enrollment package has an associated point value that is commissionable, such as TM 450 CSV and PPA 2250 CSV. The 10% Fast Start Bonus that you can earn is calculated on the CSV of every new enrollment package purchased by those that you personally enroll ($45 and $225). In addition, Team Cycle Bonuses are calculated on the weekly CSV of your left team and right team within the FSTB system.

CUSTOMER POINT – You earn one (1) Customer Point for each active/current DubLi.com VIP Member personally registered by you. Active in this case means that your customer’s annual VIP Lounge membership is current/not expired. Achieving and maintaining the minimum number of VIP Customer Points for your rank qualifies you for organizational commissions. Customer Point requirements increase as you advance in rank. (For example: TM requires 3 Customer Points; SVP requires 25 Customer Points.)

CYCLE – This is a FSTB system-related term. When the team-building effort of you and your teams generate 400 CSV on your left team and 400 CSV on your right team within one commission week, 1 cycle is generated. For every cycle of 400 CSV, you earn 10% in dollars ($40) as long as you remain both active and qualified at Team Member or higher rank.

ENROLL – The process of affiliating with the business opportunity offered by DubLi Network. Every enrollee must have a sponsor – the company cannot be a sponsor.

FIRST LEVEL – Based on your unilevel organization, every BA that you personally enroll and designate you as the sponsor is referred to as your first level.

GENEALOGY – Similar to your family tree, your genealogy includes you, the Business Associate, plus the Business Associates enrolled before you and those enrolled after you.

LINE – With each new personal enrollment, you start a new line of sponsorship within your DubLi Network organization. A line includes your personally-enrolled BA and every new BA they personally enroll into DubLi Network, and so on within a single line of sponsorship. An example of how this term is used: To meet the organizational requirement for the rank of Vice President, you must have 5 Sales Directors (or higher ranks) with at least 1 SD or higher rank in 5 separate lines.

ORGANIZATIONAL CUSTOMER – All DubLi.com customers referred by your sales organization of Business Associates and Partner Programs. Organizational Commission – Commission of up to 27.5% based on your rank and calculated on the VIP Memberships/renewals and the Basic Cash Back earned by your organizational customers – those referred by your sales organization of Business Associates and Partner Programs.

PARTNER – A Partner is a company or organization that registers to participate in the BSP Rewards co-branded Partner Program (www.bsprewards.com).

PERSONAL CUSTOMER – All DubLi.com customers referred by you and your customers count as your personally registered customers.

PERSONAL TEAM – In the genealogy tree view, this is your inside team starting from you to your next enrollment and so on.

PLACEMENT – Placement of your newly enrolled Business Associate in the genealogy can either be positioned or placed on your left team or your right team at the next open position.

PPA – PPA refers to both the Partner Program Accelerator Package and a Business Associate that purchases a PPA Package. The PPA Package includes the Business Package (License) plus access to the BSP Rewards Partner Program Certification Training Course that allows PPAs to become properly trained and certified to enroll companies and non-profit organizations into the Partner Program in addition to other benefits. A Business Associate that purchases a PPA Package is eligible to earn 10% organizational commission.

QUALIFIED – This term applies to DubLi Network’s binary compensation – Fast Start Team Bonus system. To be eligible for Team Cycle Bonus and Team Matching Bonuses, a Business Associate at the rank of TM or higher must be active and qualified, and maintain active and qualified status to continue to earn these FSTB system bonuses. A Business Associate at TM or higher rank becomes qualified when they personally enroll at least one active TM/PPA on their left team and personally enroll one active TM/PPA on their right team in the genealogy.

RANK – The DubLi Network unilevel (organizational) compensation plan allows Business Associates to increase their earning potential as they advance in rank from Team Member up to Senior Vice President. To qualify for rank advancement, a Business Associate at the rank of Team Member, or higher rank, must meet both an organizational (team-building) requirement and a VIP Customer Point requirement.

SPILLOVER – This is a term used in the FSTB system when referring to any BAs that 1) are sponsored by those that enrolled in DubLi Network before you, and 2) placed in the next available position below yours in the genealogy tree. The significance of spillover is that the weekly Commissionable Sales Volume total that your Team Cycle Bonus is calculated on includes spillover sales volume.

SPONSOR – The Business Associate who is credited for sharing the DubLi Network business opportunity with you and enrolled you as a Business Associate (BA).

SUPPORT LINE – The term support line refers to the portion of your direct genealogy that precedes you. Your support line consists of the Business Associate who is your sponsor, plus his/her sponsor, and his/her sponsor’s sponsor, etc. all the way to the top. In network marketing terms, this is your upline.

TEAM – Your team refers to those directly sponsored by you, plus all BAs within their lines of sponsorship. Your team consists of all your Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and so on within your organization. This represents your personally enrolled Business Associates through a potentially unlimited depth.

TM – Team Member or TM is a DubLi Network member who has purchased the required $99 Business Package and an optional $495 Membership Package to become part of DubLi Network. Team Members can enroll Business Associates to DubLi Network and sign up DubLi.com customers.
