Measure the width and height of the window/door

Cut the roller case as in thecutting guide.

Cut the guides according to thecutting instructionsin the table

Insert the right and left hooks in the lower side of the guides.

Insert the bush in the right side of roller case and fix the cap; insert in the left side the spring and load it as explained in the table, by using an hexagonal key to put in the slot of the spring cap, and turningcounterclockwise. Fix the cap on the case with thesupplied screws.

Insert in the handle bar according to the following order: handle, cord and knob, handle, handle bar cap.

This manual is an integral part of the flyscreen and it provides all the informations for the installation, utilization and care.The company reserves the right to change partially or totally the product without notice and accepts no liability for incorrect informations. MAINTENANCE

Flyscreens are intended to protect from insects, small rodents and reptiles and not to grant security: they do notprevent people or object to enter or a child to fall down from a window.Klip40 is a vertical retractable flyscreen provided with spring; it’s utilization is therefore recommended to adults.It is advisable to pay attention to childrens, as if the flyscreen is installed to a door the accidental push may causean unwanted operation of the product; it also advisable to keep face and body fairly far to avoid collision due toa rapid movement of the handle profile due to the spring energy.In the event of poor eyesight, the net could be difficult to be seen and it is advisable to put some coloured signs.Very rigid climate conditions can damage the flyscreen and in the event of strong wind it is advisable to disactivateit.Do not remove the stick of the products with the CE mark.The company accepts no liability if assembly instructions are not followed and reserve the right to change partiallyor totally the product without prior notice.

ACTIVATIONTo actionate the protection against insect, pull the cord to let the handle bar go down untill it is possible to grasp it with both hands, move it downwards to the end and then turn slightly the handle bar outward to hook it.

DISACTIVATIONWarning to the energy accumulated by the spring which may cause the handle bar to slip from the hands. Hold firmly the handle bar, turn it slightly inwards to unhook it and accompany it as long as possible. At this point take the cord up to the complete roll up of the screen inside the case.

Please carry out only the maintenance operations clearly indicated in the assembling instructions.The net do not favor the growth of micro-organism as consequence of waather conditions.Cleaning operations: wash the mesh and the profiles with water and soap, clear with clean water.Do not use solvents, oils, greasy and abrasive detergents.It is advisable to use it at least once any three months to avoid the blocking of the mechanism.Any other maintenance activity has to be done by a centre recognized by Zanzar Sistem Spa. The net and / or some components are considered wearing products , for this reason it is recommendedto enjoy a scheduled service with specialized centers.

Jam the springs into the caps and hook them to the roller case heads.

Drill with a bit of 6mm the upper side of the opening, as shown in the picture, paying attention to the allignment of the holes. Position the clips and fix them with screws.

Hook the roller case to the clips. For lateral fixing, mark with a pencil where to drill , remove the roller case, drill with a 6mm bit and hook the roller case, then screw it laterally.

Insert the guides in the lead accessories under the roller case, drill with a 4mm bit at 10cm from the bottom of the guides. Take the guides off and enlarge the holes on the jambs with a 6mm bit, then insert the dowels, put again the guides and fix them with the screws.
