The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau Region 3 has participated with the Philippine Environment Month’s activities which includes a philippine festival dance competition where the EMB-R3 staff has performed dances about the sinulog festival & Bacolod city. The office was also represented by Jay Manio & Jel Tabas for the “lakas at Ganda ng Kalikasan” pageant.
