TETRAMAP – Behavioural Profiling Sue France is a Certified TetraMap Facilitator. The TetraMap behavioural model is a cross-cultural training tool that helps to improve communication and reduces conflict between individuals and teams. It enables understanding of your own and others behavioural styles enabling you to respond in a way that reduces miscommunication and misunderstanding and you will be better able to empathise and understand others.
