EQ  (emoJonal  intelligence):  Helps  understand  people.  

But  o>en  only  people  who  like  me.    

CQ  (Cultural  Intelligence):  Helps  to  work  with  and  understand  people  from  different  background,  

sectors,  geographies  and  generaJon.
