Datascension is committed to utilizing the latest technologies available to provide our clients the best service possible.

Stations

We have approximately 400 thin clients that we use as our agent station where we are able to do several types of connectivity on our own modified version of Linux Thin station.

Connectivity

Based on Cisco routers. We have redundant fiber links with different providers. Our international private line terminates at Miami NAP of Americas.

Network Infrastructure

Based on redundant Linux servers, we provide all the network infrastructure services.

Production Systems

We have dual production servers where we run Quancept on Linux operating system.

Telephony

We use a mixed environment where we run SPSS dialers and also Voice over IP services.

Datacenter

All our cabinets are fed by redundant UPS outlets to ensure the most time up possible.
