Though her full name isPatricia McFadden, sheprefers Patti. The Friends ofthe Library have kept her busysince her initiation into thegroup almost a year ago. Shehas most recently been namedPublic Relations chair, whichkeeps her busy, to say theleast. Currently a Havertownresident, Patti wanted to jointhe board to get involved in thecommunity. She tends to visitthe library at least once aweek, so she decided thatwould be the place to start.

Patti keeps herself busy as aCPE administrator at thePennsylvania Institute of CPAsand is working on her MBA atthe University of Scranton.

Her favorite authors includeJ.K. Rowling, Elin Hilderbrandand Cecilia Ahern, while hertop five books (or book series)are Harry Potter, Lord of the

Rings, The Blue Bistro, Wickedand The Last Summer (Of Youand Me).

Any place warm and sunny is herfavorite place to be, and if shecould skip work for the day, youcould find her sitting in the sun bya pool. Patti's greatest fearsinclude heights, boats and rollercoasters. Hope she didn't have awindow seat for her trips toIreland and Spain, which were thebest vacations she's ever beenon.

She doesn't currently have anypets, but does want a dog. If sheplanned to spend the nightwatching TV, you could catch herwatching 24, Lost, and How I MetYour Mother. We thank Patti forjoining the Friends and lookforward to keeping her busy aslong as we can!!
