Peter L.K. Tang is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 34 years’ experience in the construction industry, having worked on a wide range of construction projects internationally, including civil engineering, building, heavy engineering and industrial installations. Mr. Tang specializes in expert advice and assistance on commercial and contractual matters, including expert witness appointments in respect of both quantum & programming matters, and provision of professional services and assistance with arbitrations, conciliations, mediations, dispute resolution and contracts administration services.

His experience also encompasses project management, pre and post contract planning & programming, project supervision, and claims preparation, management and negotiation. Mr. Tang has been appointed as a Mediator. He is a committee member of the construction committee of the HK Mediation Council, and has given presentations and speeches on mediation and expert witnesses for various institutions.
