Belimo actuators are suitable for the
motorisation of all controlling elements
in HVAC general air and water solutions.
They are available both with and with-
out emergency control function. Types
that can be parameterised and are bus-
capable can be easily integrated into
superordinate systems. Especially robust
motorisation solutions for fire and smoke
extraction dampers increase safety,
while volumetric flow control systems
provide individual room comfort. Energy
consumption in buildings can be greatly
reduced by using the intelligent Fan
Optimiser for VAV / CAV systems and
the new, tight-closing valve solutions.

Energy-optimised control of the fans is possible over the MP-Bus® with the Belimo Fan Optimiser for VAV/CAV systems. The damper positions serve as a controlled variable (instead of pressure control). In other words:• Optimised consumption and

Increased safety with motorised fire dampers
Motorised fire dampers with especiallyrobust Belimo fire actuators are state-of-the-art. They provide increasedsafety in buildings and help evacuate people in time. used for tripping (see diagram)
The compact KR rotary actuator has the lowest installation height in the HVAC application.
