The Board of Directors shall be composed of a minimum of nine (9) members, and a maximum of fifteen (15) members, of which no more than 1/3 shall be appointed non- member or public Directors and no less than 2/3 shall be Members. The 2021 AGM election slate has up to 10 Director vacancies.
