The city of Deva is located in the Western part of Romania, the

central part of Hunedoara County, on the left bank of the River

Mureș.

Population: ~ 70.000 inhabitants, according to the National

Institute of Statistics - 2019

Surface: 59 km²

Related localities: Sântuhalm, Archia, Bârcea Mică and Cristur.

Employees: ~ 32.000 employees

Access ways:

- On the road: E68 / 79 at a distance of 396 km to the capital

Bucharest, 441 km to Budapest and 677 km to Vienna

Corridor IV, for the movement of trains with a maximum speed of 160 km / h.
