Mark Clark Hall Reception Room Renovation H09-N170-ML

This project is an interior renovation of approximately 3,000 SF for a new Starbucks

Café. Scope includes but is not limited to select demolition including walls, gypsum

board, interior finishes, plaster ceiling system, electrical power and lighting, electrical

components and systems. New construction will include flooring, interior finishes

including tile, gypsum wall board, painting, finish carpentry, gypsum soffits, metal

framing, doors and trim, casework, suspended acoustical ceiling system, mechanical

ductwork, air conditioning and exhaust systems, telecommunications, plumbing,

electrical power and lighting systems, fire and smoke alarms, and sprinkler systems.

Work also includes an exterior patio resurfacing.
