The Church of St. Michael & St. George Church Service League – Episcopal Church Women Marché de Noël Christmas Bazaar General Information and Contract Terms Tuesday, December 1, 2015 General Information: This event is put on by the ladies of the Church Service League (CSL) which is a chapter of the Episcopal Church Women. All of our profits are donated to worthy causes. Last year’s bazaar success resulted in over $1000.00 in donations. This event includes the Marché de Noël vendor room, silent auction, White Elephant Room and luncheon. This event is being advertised at area churches, assisted living facilities, the adjacent St. Michael’s School and of course, among our parishioners. We are working hard to increase the attendance at this event. Contract Terms: The address of the church is 6345 Wydown Blvd, Clayton, MO 63105 and is located at the “corner” of Ellenwood and Wydown. Vendors will be located in the Taylor Room. Vendors may set up on Monday, November 30 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m. We encourage you to set up on Monday, however. It is most convenient to use the Ellenwood entrance for loading and unloading. Tables will be assigned when you arrive based on electricity requirements and when the vendor contract and money was received. The Taylor Room will be locked overnight on Monday, November 30. Vendors must be at their table and ready to sell by 9:45 a.m. on December 1. The Taylor Room will be open for sales from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The Taylor Room will not close when lunch is served. Your display and items must be removed by 4:00 p.m. on December 1. Cost: $50.00 per table (Rectangular tables (7’ - 8’ long) will be covered and skirted.) Vendors may purchase the lunch for $7.00 to eat at their table. Chef David will be cooking again this year and always provides a wonderful meal. Electricity will be provided (vendors must provide extension cords & power strips). Two chairs will be provided at each table. Carts may be available. If you wish to participate, please complete the enclosed contract. Contract and money must be received by Monday, November 2, 2015. We thank you for considering attendance at this event.
