 Objective: To create a strategic national alliance indefense of the rights of early childhood which involvesnon‐government and government key players andorganizations on this field. The main purpose is to putEarly Childhood as a priority in the design of policies inBrazil. Brazil has a very progressive legislation aboutchildhood,buttheinvestmentsandpoliciesdonotfollowthispattern;
