The cashmere factory BUYAN was originally established in 1976 as a state owned cashmere testing factory. In 1992, BUYAN was privatized and became the first company in Mongolia to have 100% private Mongolian investment.

The founder of BUYAN, Mr. Jargalsaikhan Bazarsad, is an active politician who continuously proved himself to be a leader and pioneer in both business and politics. During the difficult times of transition to market economy in the 1990’s, Mr. Bazarsad trusted his insight and ambitions in laying the foundations in building global recognition for Mongolian cashmere with BUYAN. The BUYAN factory has stood the test of time in a challenging environment -it has operated successfully and expanded while also providing very attractive working conditions for its employees.

BUYAN consists of two factories: (i) the processing factory, and (ii) the knitting factory. The processing factory includes cashmere scouring, spinning, blending and dyeing. It has an annual capacity of processing 500 tones

of raw material and 250 tones of yarn and is equipped with high-technology machines like NOUVA COSMATEX.FOR and BIGAGLI, both from Italy, and MURATA from Japan. The knitting factory is fully automated and computerized,operating with machines from Japan (Shima Seiki), Germany (Stoll) and Italy (Exacta). BUYAN is one of the largest cashmere factories in Mongolia with an annual production capacity of 600,000 items.

BUYAN is a trendsetter that is known for its high quality 100% cashmere products that are fashionable and comfortable. The factory releases its 100% cashmere products under the “Royal Cashmere” brand and has also been offering its popular cashmere mixed wool products under the “Cashwool” brand and its cashmere mixed silk products under the “Cashsilk” brand since 2007. Royal Cashmere is proud to have become the trusted and popular brand throughout Mongolia and also to have gained international approval through its extensive export to Europe, Asia and the USA.

БУЯН ХХК-ийн ноолууран бүтээгдэхүүний үйлдвэр, 1976 онд Монгол Улсад байгуулагдсан ноолуурын туршилтын үйлдвэрийн суурин дээр үүсгэн байгуулагдсан анхны 100 хувийн хөрөнгө оруулалттай хувийн үйлдвэр юм.

Тус үйлдвэр 1992 оноос хувийн үйлдвэрлэлээ явуулж эхэлсэн бөгөөд үүсгэн байгуулагч нь ноён Б.Жаргалсайхан юм. Тэрээр улс төр, бизнест байнга анхдагч нь байж чаддаг төдийгүй улсынхаа зах зээлийн өөрчлөлт шинэчлэлтийн үед ноолуурын бизнесийг соргогоор мэдрэн алсыг харж, Монголын ноолуурыг дэлхийн тавцанд таниулах суурийг тавьж өгсөн юм.

БУЯН үйлдвэр нь хоёр салбар нэгжээс бүрддэг.Анхан шатны боловсруулах үйлдвэр нь Италийн NOUVA COSMATEX, FOR, BIGAGLI, Японы MURATA зэрэг олон улсын өндөр технологи бүхий хүчин чадалтай тоног төхөөрөмжөөр тоноглогдсон бөгөөд жилд 500 тн түүхий ноолуур боловсруулж, 250 тн ээрмэл утас үйлдвэрлэн гаргадаг.Сүлжих үйлдвэр нь Японы SHIMA SEIKI, Германы STOLL, Италийн EXACTA брэндийн бүрэн автомат компьютерийн удирдлагатай сүлжих, оёх машинаар бүрэн тоноглогдсон бөгөөд жилд 600,000 гаруй сүлжмэл бүтээгдэхүүн үйлдвэрлэх хүчин чадалтай, Монголын томоохон үйлдвэрийн нэг юм.

БУЯН үйлдвэрийн бүтээгдэхүүний онцлог нь100 хувийн ноолуураар зөвхөн энгийн хийц загвартай бүтээгдэхүүн л хийдэг гэсэн ойлголтыг халж, олон төрлийн загварлаг бүтээгдэхүүн хийж, Монголынхоо төдийгүй дэлхийн зах зээл дээр түүнийгээ таниулж чадсан юм.

ЯПОН, ОРОС, СОЛОНГОС, ФРАНЦ, ИТАЛИ, ГЕРМАН, АНУ зэрэг улс оронд Монголын тал хээрийн эрс тэс уур амьсгалтай нөхцөлд бэлчээрлэдэг ямаанаас самнаж авсан дээд зэргийн ноолуураар хийсэн, төрөл бүрийн загварлаг бүтээгдэхүүнээ таниулж чадсан төдийгүй, Монголыхоо худалдан авагчдын байнгын хэрэглээ болж чадсандаа бид бахархдаг билээ.

БУЯН үйлдвэр нь 100 хувийн Монгол ямааны ноолуураар хийсэн төрөл бүрийн загвараа ROYAL CASHMERE нэрээр үйлдвэрлэдэг бол 2007 оноос эхлэн Монгол ямааны ноолууртай, хонины нарийн ноос, торго зэрэг түүхий эдийг хольж CASHWOOL, CASHSILK брэндээ үйлдвэрлэн гаргаснаар хэрэглэгчдийнхээ сэтгэлд нийцсэн чанар, хэрэглээтэй бүтээгдэхүүн болж чадсан юм.
