the BIG bouncE thu & fri week 10The BIG Bounce is coming to campus, a non-stop 24 hours of trampolining fun right here in your SU. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or an Olympic hopeful - for a whole day (and night), qualified coaches will be on-hand in the Atrium with two Olympic-sized trampolines to ensure

that you are enjoying yourself.

Come along any time between midday Thursday 28th June and midday Friday 29th June to give this unique Olympic sport a try!

The end of the academic year is just around the corner - although you might think that things calm down here at the SU in Term 3, there’s still loads going on. Two of our biggest events - the amazing Graduation and Sports Balls - are coming soon, along with the highlight of the year: the 2012 Summer Party! Don’t forget Warwick Student Arts Festival either, which will make sure that campus comes alive once again after exam season with an array of student performances, productions and showcases!

The current Sabbatical Officer team is, of course, leaving in the coming weeks. Last February you elected us to improve your buildings, challenge the University on academic issues, provide a high-quality student experience through societies and sports clubs, and campaign for you locally and nationally. On this basis, I hope we’ve done you proud!

For those who are graduating this year, congratulations - you did it!

For those continuing, you know the drill - keep getting involved!

And remember, enjoy every moment at Warwick. It’s over in the blink of an eye!

involvement awards 2012 winners • have your say

Tuesday of Week 8 saw the 1st Warwick SU Involvement Awards event take place in The Terrace Bar.

The Involvement Awards were organised to recognise the hard work and contributions from all of our Union volunteers, from SSLC reps to councillors and part time officers to the STARS committee and everyone inbetween. A selection of our volunteers gathered to find out who the winners were in each of our five categories.

Congratulations to our winners, and to all those who were nominated. A huge thank you goes out to every single student that has contributed to any of the Union’s activities – there’s not much we could do without you!

Choosing the winners this year was incredibly difficult, but after a two hour discussion our worthy winners are:
