6.11 WHEREAS, the District previously established a Tax Certiorari Reserve in accordance with Education Law Section 3651.1-a and,

WHEREAS, the District has received a Stipulation & Order of Settlement in the amount of $55,693.37 for Garden Homes based upon tax certiorari proceedings, which reduced the tax assessments for the 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020 school years. BE IT RESOLVED, that the District appropriates the use of the Tax Certiorari Reserve in the amount of $55,693.37 for the payment of this tax certiorari claim.

6.14 Be it resolved that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education approves to amend the agreement between the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District and Brian McCann to serve as an Assistant Principal for up to forty (40) days and not to exceed $15,000.00, effective January 9, 2020 and to terminate on June 30, 2020 as per attached and authorizes execution of said agreement.
