Design and devel-opment for The Bluffs first began

in 2004 as an expansion to Danforth Bay Camp-ing & RV Resort. In the early summer of 2006, The Bluffs opened with 250 roomy sites spread over 150 acres overlooking Huckins Pond and Danforth Bay of Ossipee Lake. From private, ‘out of the way’ sites to roomier hillside sites with views, The Bluffs offers options for everyone.

Guests of The Bluffs have exclusive access to “The Clubhouse”, a 10,000 sf. recreation center with a modern fitness room, function facilities,

fireplace lounge, showers and laundry room. The resort also offers a lap pool for the fitness-minded and a leisure pool for relaxing and socializing. Both pools at The Bluffs (and one at Danforth Bay) offer state-of-the-art chlorine gen-erators which produce natural chlorine. Guests are rewarded with pure, luxurious water that is environmentally-friendly too!

In addition to the clubhouse, swimming pools, ten-nis courts and hiking/biking trails, The Bluffs offers fishing, kayaking and canoeing on Huckins Pond. The pond is an undeveloped, natural body of wa-ter that leads to Danforth Bay of Ossipee Lake.

Simple and Affordable The Bluffs offers ‘seasonal’ sites and is in-tended for use by adults 50+ and their guests. Rates for the season are $3,375 per site and include cable TV, WiFi hotspots and internet access, fitness room, guest fees, and use of canoes & kayaks (metered electric is not includ-ed). A typical season at The Bluffs lasts from mid-April through mid-November. On-site storage is available; please call for pricing.

Extended stays of 1 week or longer are also available for $45-$50 per day and do include electric. All rates also include access to Danforth Bay Camping & RV Resort’s amenities and activities program.

No more than two people may be registered per site, one of which must be at least 50 years of age. The Bluffs is intended for couples who no longer have dependent children living at home.

Guests and children are allowed to visit on a short-term basis only. Anyone under the age of twenty-one must be accompanied by an adult whenever they leave their site.
