LINER CONSTRUCTION
Polyester outer containment and protection foil.
Chemical and temperature resistant 7 layer polyethylene/polyamine inner containment foil.
Multiple layers of high quality E-CR fiberglass. The fiberglass layers are saturated with polyester or vinyl ester resins during manufacturing.
Translucent UV resistant outer foil.
LINER CONSTRUCTION
Clear inner foil is removed.
Outer foil remains in the pipe after curing.
Proprietary resin “jelling” maintains consistent wall thickness during storage, shipping and installation.
Line is bypassed Upstream manhole is plugged
LINER INSTALLATION
Line is cleaned and pre-videoed Rope pulled in during pre-video
Pre-liner pulled through the pipe with rope inserted from pre-video
LINER INSTALLATION
Second rope is pulled through pipe with pre-liner.
Liner is delivered to the job site Liner is pulled in place by a winch
LINER INSTALLATION
Safety sleeves are inserted on liner End caps are installed on each end of
the liner
LINER INSTALLATION Liner is inflated and calibrated at 8psi Light Train is inserted and pressure is
restored
Light Train Camera is activated Light Train is manually pulled and
uncured liner is video inspected
LINER INSTALLATION Any installation issues are
resolved and video is archived.
Light Train UV lamps are activated Light Train is pulled via computer
control through the liner.
LINER CURING Speed, temperature and pressure
are monitored throughout the curing process.
