The Beach HousesParrot Cay
Designed to respect the island’s natural habitat and situated on the Cay’s exquisite northern beach, the Beach Houses will offer owners the ability to select options on exceptional crown jewel acre sites, each with 115’ of beach frontage.
The relaxed, luxury three bedroom Beach House design features a large pool terrace and expansive infinity-edge pool with direct access to the powder white-sand beach.
The neutral tones help define the home’s casual Caribbean spirit, with serene, contemporary interior spaces including an open living and dining area plus two master bedroom suites, each with their own outdoor shower gardens. Hardwood windows and doors, whitewashed ceilings, wood floor boards to living room and bedrooms in the interior, Cedar shingle roofing and Caicos coral stone and lush landscaping details complete the external areas.
