Alumni Tracking Vision• Since 2003, BCGC has trained & placed more than 400 Baltimore City
residents for jobs that contribute to environmental sustainability. These alumni are scattered throughout the brownfields and residential energy efficiency industries at various professional levels.• There is great potential for a strong network of professionals who
despite many differences in job scope and level, all have BCGC in common.• BCGC envisions a self perpetuating network that shares job leads,
best practices, and professional development opportunities.

StrategiesCurrent:•Graduate career retention tracking & individualized
case management support to include:• Goals: financial, health, personal, career, education • Actual plan will be assessed every quarter to ensure goal
is achieved within 1 year
StrategiesCase Management: • Case Management • Individualized plan to address
issues that hinder a trainee’s success• Minimum of 1 year after
graduation • Conversation starts during the
second interview phase• Weekly schedule starts first week
of class
Job Retention:• Retention tracking is conducted
for a minimum of 1 year • monthly follow up with graduates • monthly follow up with
supervisors/employers
