• Long tails• Big teeth• Naked face with dog like muzzle• 2-4 feet tall• 30 to 90 pounds• Most smaller than Chipanzees

Habitat

• Live in scrubs, savannas, bushes, farmland and mountains.

• Can live up too 45 years old• Live in Africa• Live in savannas• Live in troops (Up too 300 Baboons)

Diet/Behavior• Eats,• Roots , grasses,• Bark , twigs , sap,• Tubers , bulbs , mushrooms , lichens,• aquatic plants , seeds ,shoots , buds , invertebrates and small

vertebrates• Most friendly monkey• Leopards are their pretenders but the male show their teeth

and scream to scare it away• Active during the day spend most time on the ground• Attack any moving vehicles• Break in to peoples homes and steel food• They can jump far

• Becoming rare• Teeth can grow to 2 and a half inches long• The most common type of baboons are the

olive baboon and the yellow baboon
