If your van stop is Eyland Avenue, you cannot attend BINGO, VIDEO NIGHT, or CRAFTS

at HATC. We will NOT be providing van transportation from Eyland Ave for these HATC

activities; these three (3) activities are offered at the Krauklis Center in Flanders … and to

be fair :-) If your van stop is MCM, you cannot attend BINGO, VIDEO NIGHT, or

CRAFTS at the Krauklis Center. We will NOT be providing van transportation from MCM

for these Krauklis Center activities; these three (3) activities are offered at the HATC in

Whippany.

If your van stop is Randolph, you are eligible to attend BINGO, VIDEO NIGHT, or

CRAFTS at either location (HATC or the Krauklis Center), but please choose only one loca-

tion per month!

Also, you cannot register for any activities in this calendar if you still owe money to McARP.

The Registration deadline for January-February 2016

is December 15, 2015

In the event that the van is running late, we will attempt to call you at the number on

file with the office or you may call the McARP cell phone number (973) 641- 6806.

Please be sure we have your most current contact number and e-mail address (preferably cell phone number).

REMINDERS: Under no circumstances are participants to be dropped off at a van stop and left

without a responsible person who will be able to see them safely board the McARP vehicle.

McARP staff will have the Recreation/McARP cell phone (973) 641- 6806 with them

for the duration of all scheduled activities

Please only call in case of an emergency. In certain locations, there are times that the cell phone will not function due to limited cell tower coverage. Additionally,

Arc/Morris staff are not permitted to use cell phones while driving agency vehicles and it may not be possible for the staff to respond if they are driving until they can pull the

vehicle safely to a stop.

Unity Club What is unity club? This is a club dedicated to fostering skills of self-advocacy and learning

abut your rights as an individual with a disability. If you would like to learn how to get in-

volved with your community or have a desire to help people, then Unity club may be what

7:00pm. Dues are $5.00 per month.
