The newest app, the latest technology, or fancy new gadgets are like shiny objects.

The BEST “APPS” EVER are the ones you really need, the ones you should have, or at the very least the ones we use daily!!!

And no app or system is worth anything if you cannot execute them properly.

I've made mistakes over the years but I’ve being very fortunate to have had some amazing support over the years that has helped us to continually improve and get better at building and growing team.

The number one thing to look for in a team member is to find people who care about your business as much as you do.

We seriously have the most devoted, caring, creative and connected people each of us could ask for and it works amazing. Unfortunately this is the hard part to replicate and you can't necessarily put that together online. That said, there are some amazing applications and systems that we utilize. Below is a list of the best of the best and truly most effective things that we use on a daily basis.

negotiable and they really like real estate agents.

Find a Good Cell Phone Plan

Email drafts. Respond ASAP, spit it all out through Siri and save it as a draft until you can get to your desktop to proof it.

I have made some nasty mistakes. Check before you send but this will help you avoid missing a response.
