Unity through diversityThanks to their different talents, the Quartet always diversify their activity and the sort of public they target, convinced that the music and the harmony can operate everywhere.They are sometimes playing, sometimes teaching or advising, sometimes animating, in order to achieve excellence the best way possible remaining versatile and open-minded.

The musicians

Léonardo Tokumitsu (Viola) Guillaume Quartenoud (Cello)
Laureate of the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation and Prize for Virtuosity in 1992 at the Superior Music Conservatory in Geneva, the Annesci Quartet started their professional career in 1988.
They have met outstanding teachers at the Superior Music Conservatory of Paris, Geneva, Cologne and Berlin like The Amadeus String Quartet, Alain Meunier, Arpad Gerecz and Eberhard Feltz…
From show to show, they always try to lead the music in places where it’s unknown, and unrecognized. The quartet is well-known for its innovative and original artistic approach, which are always deeply human.
Unity in diversity
To enforce their uniqueness, the Quartet Annesci plays on a quartet of instruments realized between 2000 and 2001 by a famous stringed-instrument maker: Patrick Robin. They all come from the same maple of Bosnia, 600 years-old.

Building on a long professional experience of “how to work in a team”, the Annesci Quartet introduced in 1997 an unexpected approach to their management using the musical metaphor as a communication tool.
Those training and business seminars “Face the feeling in management” are now well-known all around the world. Several companies from different sectors of industry were impressed by this innovative approach.
♪ How to tune and harmonize four voices, four singers ? How to link common project and individual expression?
♪ How to juggle between technical strictness, organization, pleasure and personal development ?
By using the metaphor, the Quartet appears like an experimental laboratory where the individual and collective self-demand is very high and always have to progress.
It produces a surprising result…
By the experience of “working better together” , following the same main goal which is their collective performance, the Quartet become a leverage of thought, creating action and creation, upgrading the individuals capacities, generating changes and improving internal relations within companies
The interactive conference is based on participation, interaction, a phased way to proceed.
The participants discover some keys to transform a “know-how” method into a “know how to be”.
They propose different formats from 2h30 performance to 7h performance (all day), from seminars and training to real interactive conferences, depending on their audience.
Among the 900 companies that the Quartet played for:

“Taking a chance, risking the unexpected”

An important event has to be exceptional and unique. Today, many companies are enriched by the footprint that the Quartet can leave, in both strategic and human approach. They want to “risk the unexpected” and invite the Quartet to their meetings for them to be the “culmination” of the moment.
Creative and impactful, the intervention of the musicians is flexible and adapted to the need of the company: Highlighting a special moment for the company (annual conference, convention, meetings, plenaries, congress…), honor individuals or actions (inaugurations, tributes, awards ceremony…), involve the launch of a new brand, a new product, a new advertising, a clip…, and illustrate a particular theme…
The musicians perfectly know how to create a memorable and unique experience, using the customization and the “tailor-made”, the excellence and the pleasure, adapting their “tempo”. Each project is made of concerts with the different partners of the manifestation (technical staff, organizers, animators…).
By customizing their performances they have performed at many prestigious places (big theatres, castles…) or unusual and unique places like warehouses, production facilities, artists’ studios…
Examples:- Guideline of a 2-day convention. - Launch of a new perfume in a surprising staging. - Composition of some version of famous music adapted for a string quartet for special
