FRONT VIEWThe confident expression of the car is enhanced by sharply cut headlamps and fog lamps, which are located at grille height, confirming the car’s outdoor character. REAR VIEWRemarkable rear lights, also featuring the familiar C-shape, are a reference to Czech cubism and the country’s glass-making tradition. Just like the rear lights, even the license plate lighting is equipped with LEDs.

PANORAMIC SUNROOFThe electrically-adjustable panoramic roof window, which allows you to create a large open space above the front seats, will enhance the attractive look of the car and give more pleasure to all passengers. You can enjoy new vistas, as well as the feeling of freedom and space.

EMERGENCY CALLThe KAROQ’s connectivity includes an SOS line. This emergency system is activated by pressing the red button on the roof console. In case of a crash, an emergency call is made automatically.

MYŠKODA APP Meet Paul, the interactive assistant of the MyŠKODA App (for Android and iOS systems), who can provide help in various daily situations. You can use him to access information about your car or for a complete description of what controls what, what each warning lamp means, etc. Paul can also keep an eye on the dates in your planner. Not only will you never forget a meeting, but your assistant will also advise you on how to get there.

Closer inspection reveals many storage spaces and compartments. Everything you need has its place in the interior, including phones, glasses or refreshments and any other necessities that you carry in your car.

SURPRISES IN EVERY CORNER

JUMBO BOXThe spacious storage compartment is housed in the front armrest. You can, for example, store your electronic items safely inside. The Jumbo Box can also be equipped with a coin holder and two drinks holders with Easy Open function.

FOLDABLE TABLESBuilt into the backrests of both front seats, the foldable tables with drink holders can be used for more than just refreshments.

UNIBAGWhen using the removable Unibag designed for transporting skis or a snowboard, you can fold down the middle seat’s backrest, while maintaining comfortable rear seating for two passengers.

OPENSESAME

VIRTUAL PEDALHow do you open or close the luggage compartment when your hands are full? Just swipe your foot underneath and, hey presto, it will open for you automatically. The virtual pedal enables contact-free access and is available exclusively with the electrically-controlled 5th door and KESSY (Keyless Entry, Start and exit System).

TOWING DEVICEThe KAROQ has a foldable towing device with electric release. The switch is in the luggage compartment.

ELECTRICALLY-CONTROLLED 5TH DOORIt opens and closes at the mere touch of a button on the remote control or in the driver's door, especially handy during unfavourable weather. You can also adjust the upper door position to suit your needs. A button for closing the 5th

door is also located on the door itself.

YOGA FOR CAR SEATS

The VarioFlex rear seating system is comprised of three separate rear seats. You can fold down each one independently, as well as remove them completely. With the seats folded down, you gain a luggage area with a capacity of 1,605 litres, and 1,810 litres by removing them.

VARIOFLEX OPTIONOne of many options is to fold down the outer rear seats.

VARIOFLEX OPTIONIf you need to

maintain rear seating for passengers,

you can fold down a single backrest.

VARIOFLEX OPTIONRemove one or two rear seats completely to gain a large luggage area, while still carrying passengers in the rear. The operation can easily be performed by a single person and without the need for any tools.

VARIOFLEX OPTIONAnother option is to fold down one outer

and the middle rear seat. To enlarge the

luggage area, you can tilt all the rear seats

towards the front (not shown), allowing you

to remove them easily.

EXTRA EYESON THE ROAD

AUTO LIGHT ASSISTYour Light Assist will automatically switch to high beam and back, increasing comfort and safety in traffic.

REAR TRAFFIC ALERTThis assistant, which comes as part of the Blind Spot Detect system and uses the same radar sensors, helps you reverse safely from a parking space during poor visibility. It can even engage the brakes automatically if it detects imminent danger.

BLIND SPOT DETECT Using radar sensors in the rear

bumper, Blind Spot Detect monitors the hidden areas behind and beside the car. Based on the distance and

speed of the surrounding vehicles, it decides whether or

not it should warn the driver.

ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROLUsing a radar device in the front grille, this assistant system maintains a safe distance from vehicles in front of you, in addition to its basic cruise control function.

TRAVEL ASSIST This helper uses co-operation between the multifunctional camera and the navigation system to recognise and display certain traffic signs on the navigation and Maxi DOT/Digital Instrument Panel screens.

LANE ASSISTYou can leave the task of keeping the car in the correct lane to Lane Assist. The system is displayed on the Maxi DOT or Digital Instrument Panel.

Whether you're crossing mountain trails or zigzagging through city streets, the ŠKODA KAROQ will keep you glued to the road. Just fasten your seat belts, select the driving mode and conquer the terrain below you.

ALL-WHEEL DRIVEThe 4x4 drive is provided by an electronically-controlled inter-axle clutch. The coupling of the rear axle is automatic, so under normal conditions the car can utilise the advantages of front-wheel drive, and under extreme conditions the excellent traction of the 4x4 drive. For an extraordinary driving experience and comfort, you can choose the combination of 4x4 drive and automatic 7-speed DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox).

OFF-ROAD MODEWith the intelligent Off-Road Mode system, which is available for the 4x4 version (in combination with Driving Mode Select), you can handle even extreme terrain. It is designed to adjust the characteristics of the engine, electronic assistants and stability control systems. The activated functions are shown on the infotainment display.

DYNAMIC CHASSIS CONTROLThe 4x4 car can be equipped with Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC), which continuously evaluates and responds to various driving situations (braking, acceleration, turning), adapting the damping and steering characteristics. DCC always comes in combination with Driving Mode Select and allows you to choose Comfort, Normal or Sport mode.
