Lower denture loose. Tooth decay. Tooth mobility.
Diagnosis - Treatment Plan
Remaining teeth extractions. Placement of 4 implants in the lower jaw. Immediate full denture. Final prosthesis: Complete denture stabilized by 4 Locators. (use of bar optional) >3 months post surgery
