Fred Lam started washing dishes 12 years ago. He barely passed high school because he almostfailed at English and Math. He tried to get his first job at 16, but even McDonald’s didn’t want to hire him because he looked like such a kid back then. Finally, he did find a job as a dishwasher, and he really thought that was it for him.

At some point, Fred decided that he wanted something better, and he turned to the Internet for answers. He began to try to figure out internet marketing, and by 2008 was able to create his first business. Plus, he was able to generate $4.6MM in just four months. However, despitethe fact that he had such tremendous success, he almost went bankrupt. After all, he was still pretty young, so he was spending money like crazy, doing things like going to Vegas, watching shows, and getting front row seats.

In short, Fred was spending more money than what was coming in, and all of the sudden, his bank called him up and said that they were terminating their relationship with him. Overnight, he literally lost everything. He had no more income coming in, the bank was shutting down his account, and he couldn’t even pay his vendors.

This caused Fred to go into a state of depression, and he was ready to throw in the towel. He just wanted to give up because he couldn’t embrace the massive failure that he had been enduring. During the time he had been creating his business, he had acquired a substantial amount of knowledge. This was the type of knowledge that people were looking for back then, so he decided to start over by creating his own agency.

Fred was smart enough to try to learn from his failure, and he was able to become a marketing manager at BMW, Mini & RR. He was one of the people that actually helped Rolls-Royce to open their first dealership in Western Canada. Through that experience, he was able to learn from the top general managers and sales managers. He learned about retail, and he learned how to put together a foundation for his own business.

At the peak, he had over 12 premium auto dealerships under his roof. It wasn’t Toyota or Honda that was after him. It was Mercedez, Rolls-Royce, BMW, Christler, and Jeep. These largepremium dealerships were turning to Fred for help. He also worked with some of the top brands in North America, especially in the cosmetic side of things. In spite of all of this, Fred knew the corporate life wasn’t for him. He genuinely hated this three-year span of time, and heknew that he wanted a change.



Fred’s outlook was, “I have the knowledge, so why should I use it to make other people more money when I can use it to make money online?” So, Fred decided to make a new start once more, but he realized that he had only discovered three steps of what would soon become a 5-step system. Since he did learn so much from his three years in retail, he was able to find the two missing puzzle pieces that would change everything.

When Fred discovered his 5-step system, he created a new business. In 2011, he generated over $1.8 million in three short months. He moved on to repeat these results in multiple businesses. Today, he has generated over $12,000,000 in sales. He’s also helped other people to be successful. The man in the screenshot above, for example, is Christian Casas. He says that Fred’s system has forever changed his life.

Christian is a nurse and a father of four, and when he started he had no prior experience. He did try out countless online trainings before he came across Fred. When Fred asked him what his interests were, he discovered that Christian was very passionate about kids, which you might imagine from someone with four children of his own. Christian wanted to create a baby store. So, Fred gave him the 5-step system, and he ran with it. During his first full month, Christian was able to generate over $3,000.



The woman in the screenshot above is Kathyrn Kutzer. She commented on Fred’s programs, saying, “I can’t believe this system works – it put me in shock!” Prior to finding out about Fred and his system, she had invested a lot of money in every online training course possible. In spite of this, she never made any money online. Kathyrn is very passionate about healing stones. Upon applying Fred’s system, she was able to make her first sale within three hours.

Even though Kathryn had only invested about $0.40, she was able to make $86.75 off of that beginning sale. Fred calculates that this is a 22,143% ROI. This was the very first time that she had been able to make money online. It was an incredible feeling for Kathryn, and she has continued using Fred’s system ever since. Now, there are a few things that you must understand before moving forward. So, let’s take a moment to go over them now.

First and foremost, this isn’t a get rich quick scheme. These strategies are basically used to build a sustainable, long-term business. Every business requires time, dedication, and attention. Keep in mind that results will vary from person to person. This is something that Fred tries to make clear each time he presents material such as this, and yet, he still is always asked the same question: “How long will it take to make money?”



Fred believes that a student who is serious and committed would be able to do so within 60 days, at a minimum. That’s when you should begin seeing some results. Again, this business model is only meant to be followed by serious individuals who want to build a long-term, sustainable business.



eCommerce is the Future

Ever heard of Amazon.com? Who hasn’t, right? Well, guess what? Amazon is eCommerce. They are a platform that basically allows customers to go to their website, buy products online, and have them physically shipped to them. They are an eCommerce website.

Do you agree that eCommerce is the future? Retail giants know that eCommerce is the future, and they are moving that direction right now. According to Business Insider, Target is closing stores throughout the country and investing $2 billion to eCommerce in 2017. What about Walmart? They just recently acquired Jet.com for $3.3 billion to fight Amazon. All of these retail giants that are making billions of dollars can see that eCommerce is what’s in store.



This year alone, it’s projected that eCommerce will bring in $396.72 billion in revenue, and in 2017, it’s projected to generate $457.02 billion in revenue. That’s just in the US alone. In 2020,they predict it will generate $684.24 in revenue. If you could only retrieve a small fraction of this, you’d still be making several million dollars a year. The great thing is that eCommerce is simple. It’s not hard at all. In fact, if you ask Fred Lam, it’s as simple as 1, 2, 3…

Well, actually, there’s one more step, which is… Do Nothing Else! Fred recently built a new store, and over the last 90 days, he’s taken these three steps and used them to generate over $1 million. Proof of this is shown below. The second screenshot below shows the revenue he was able to generate from a side business of his. With this business, he was able to generate $46,663.59 this year. He says that he doesn’t do anything with this business. It just runs on its own. How would you like to learn:

The first thing that you’ll need to know about is something called “arbitrage”. According to Fred, this is the easiest eCom business model, and this is the exact method he has used to generate over $20 million in sales. Even Amazon and Walmart are using this exact same strategy.

Normally, the process begins by finding a manufacture your product. The second step is to talk about the pricing and to get a sample sent to you. Once you get the sample in and think it’s going to be great, the third step is to negotiate. You’ll have to back and forth with the manufacturer to make sure that you get the best price, and once you do, you’ll be able to start getting your product shipped in.

The fifth step involves having to deal with people that you don’t like, which are the customs brokers. After that, you’ll have to get a truck to deliver your product to a warehouse. That’s Step #6. The seventh step is to take pictures of the product so that you can upload it, Step #8, to your online store. Then, you’ll have to deal with banks so that you can accept credit cards online. That’s Step #9, and Step #10 would be to open your doors for business. That will leave you hoping that people will actually go to your website and buy your product(s).



Do you think that it’s very likely you’ll follow this 10-step system? Would you actually want to do all of this? It’s pretty clear that this requires a lot of work. In spite of that, a lot of people are still following this exact method. This requires a huge investment of time and money to get started. Today, you’re going to get the chance to learn about a much easier way to become successful with an eCommerce store. Here are the steps:

Step 1You need to have a presence, and in this case, you need to have a web presence because you need to have people going to your site. This is not an easy thing to accomplish, even by today’s standards, and back in the day, only the big guys could do it. Why? That’s because it can cost anywhere from $100,000 - $1,000,000 to get started. That’s just what it costs. Luckily, now there are tools that make it much, much easier and a lot less expensive. Some examples are:

All of these tools give you the ability to create your eCommerce store right away and at a much cheaper rate. These tools do make it a lot easier than it used to be too, but it’s still pretty confusing. This is where most people fail when going into eCommerce. They don’t have the web presence that they need, but if you can turn on a computer, log into your email account, and click the link to join Fred’s program, and you’ll be halfway there.

To do this, Fred recommends using Shopify. It is the best eCommerce platform out there, and Fred had the privilege to be able to visit Shopify’s headquarters and meet one of the key peoplebehind this platform. He says, “Listen, you would never have imagined how massive Shopify is. Right now, they are the industry’s leading eCommerce platform. They are dominating, and theyhave over 325,000 users. These are store owners, using Shopify.”

Shopify is three times bigger than all of the other eCommerce platforms combined, and it has been evaluated to be worth $3 billion. They have 24/7 customer support. That’s what Fred loves about them the most. If you have any problems, you can just hit the “Live Chat” button, and you will have people there to help you out, all around the clock. Plus, everything in Shopifyis, “click, click, click,” easy.

Even with Shopify, you might run into some roadblocks, especially if you’re new to internet marketing. It may take you weeks, or even months, to familiarize yourself with Shopify’s platform and actually get your store up and running. Well, according to Fred, now there’s a way to get your store up in just 17 minutes, where it used to take weeks to do so. In fact, he was able to do so live during the live presentation of this material. We’ll discuss how to go about this yourself, in just a moment, but for now, let’s go over Step #2 of Fred’s system.

Step 2You’re going to need products to sell. That’s pretty obvious. The problem is that the biggest online eCommerce stores sell hundreds, thousands, and even millions of products. You may be thinking, “How am I ever going to compete with that?” Also, until recently, you needed a warehouse that was at least 1,000 sq. ft. You’d also need thousands of units of inventory and SKUs, and you would need an army of employee to take care of your products, upload the pictures of the product to the store, and so on.



Of course, all of this takes a lot of time and money. Just think about it for a minute. Let’s say that you wanted to start with just 20 different products, and you thought it was wise to have 100 units each. That’s 2,000 units. If these units cost $10 each, that would be $20,000. Are you willing to risk that much just to hope and pray that these products are going to fly off the shelf? Take a look at the screenshot below. This is Fred’s store, and you can see that there are 33 pages of products, each filled with 12 products. That means he has 396 products in his store.

How is this possible? How much money did it cost Fred to fill his store like this? The truth is that he didn’t have to put any money down. This is the store that has ended up generating $46,000 this year alone, and it started from zero. So, what’s his secret? It’s called “Inventory Arbitrage”. With this system, all you have to do is create your store and find vendors that have products for you to sell. You don’t have to have any inventory for this because all of your inventory is sitting right inside your manufacturer’s warehouse.

You will ask your vendor for a photo of each of the products that you want to sell and a description of each as well. All you have to do is upload this data into your website. Remember, since your store is internet-based, people don’t have to touch, feel, or taste your products. All they need is to see the product and maybe read a little bit about it. When



someone buys a product from your store, all you have to do is give the vendor their cut and have them ship the product out.

Let’s say that you sold the item to a customer for $10, and you paid the vendor 5 for storing, handling, and shipping the item for you. That means you made $5 even though you didn’t haveto mess with any of those tasks. Again, this same strategy is being used by all the giant retailersin the market right now, including:

Amazon

Best Buy

Staples

Walmart

Etc.

Now, you can open up an eCommerce store without all of the risk that’s typically involved. After all, you are collecting the money from your customer up front, and once you have that money, then you pay your vendor/manufacturer. There are a number of different vendors/manufacturers that you can use for this, but the golden marketplaces to retrieve theseitems from are AliExpress, Doba, DHgate.com. Out of these three, AliExpress is the one that Fred prefers.



In AliExpress, you can find millions of products, and the majority of the vendors there are manufacturers. They are from Alibaba, which is a B2B platform, and from this a new platform was created called AliExpress. Look at the screenshot above. If you were to go to the mall, these products would cost you far more. You can buy them from this site at a fraction of that price, and if you were to go to Amazon, you’d still be paying a lot more for these.

There are some things that you need to know about this platform. For instance, you need to look for vendors with at least one diamond symbol by their name. This helps to ensure that thequality of the product is great and that people are buying a lot of it. Another thing that you want to check for is that the vendor uses ePacket. This means that they have a working relationship with USPS and other government-owned shipping couriers which will actually ship your product at a much faster speed and at a less expensive cost.

You might pay a little more to get items shipped with the ePacket option, but you can just charge your customer the extra shipping. That way, your customers will get their product within two weeks. This is important because, thanks to Amazon and Amazon Prime, people expect to receive products that they order right away nowadays. So, essentially, you have to use ePacket to keep your customers happy.



If you have been following along, you know that at this point you have your web presence and away to get products to your customers affordably and efficiently. What’s next? Well, in traditional stores, you need people to come through your doors. It’s basically the same with online stores, except in this case, you are dealing in a global market. One of Fred’s stores made $16,000 worth of sales in just one day, and his products were sold in 229 different cities aroundthe world. It would be impossible for him to create a store in each of these different countries, but with eCommerce it’s very doable.

That’s what’s great about the Internet. Internet-based stores don’t have to shut down and theydon’t have to have a physical location. They continue to sell for you 24 hours a day, all around the world. You do need customers, however, and there’s really only one place to get that traffic, according to Fred. It’s Facebook. Right now, Facebook consists of over 1.7 billion active users. That’s like an entire country on its own.

You might be thinking, “Yeah, I know that there are a lot of people on Facebook, but I really justgo there to find out what my friends are up to, post funny memes, and to catch up with what’s happening around the world. Is anyone really buying products from Facebook?” The answer is “yes”. In fact, 85% of the orders made from social media sites come from Facebook. Truthfully, Facebook dominates eCommerce. This is shown in the screenshot above.



Selling on Facebook is easy. First, you find your audience, and you would likely do this by using Facebook’s proprietary tool, which is Audience Insight. Facebook spent billions of dollars to create this, and not only is it incredibly effective, it is extremely easy to use. The screenshot below shows the tool, and in it, you can see some demographics pertaining to the Facebook users in North America. According to this, 54% of the people on Facebook are women and only 47% are men. Facebook tracks all of the information on what these users are doing in terms of likes, shares, off-page conversions, and interests.

The crazy thing is that Facebook bought out both Snap and Instagram several years ago for billions and billions of dollars. That’s because Facebook has different users than these other platforms do. They wanted to collect information on those users too, and because they did, wehave a incredibly viable tool to sell our products with today.

Let’s say that you are in the baby niche, so you look at people that like Toys “R” Us. With just a few clicks, you can see that the people expressing interest in this retailer are 99% women. Fredsays that he would have predicted that the results would have been closer to half and half, which means that he would have done his marketing all wrong if he were to go into this market if he hadn’t looked into it with this tool. Now he knows that if he wanted to market to this



crowd, he would need to make his pages and ads appeal to women. Furthermore, he would need to primarily target women in the 25-34 age range.

Another great feature of this tool is that it allows you to look into the “Lifestyle” of the users. You can even hover over the “i” symbol beside each category to find out even more details. Forinstance, in the screenshot below, it says “Tots & Toys is dominated by affluent and well-educated working couples with preschool-age children. They are homeowners, mainly in single-family houses.”

Looking over these demographics closely will give you the ability to stock your audience and truly sell them a product that they want. When you look at “Page Likes,” you can see exactly what they like. This will give you even more of an idea of what to sell to the audience membersyou are looking into.

Now, the craziest part is that you can look into the purchases people are making because Facebook actually tracks the purchases of its users. So, you can see, specifically, what your target audience is buying. In this case, Fred found that the audience he was looking into primarily buys household products, health and beauty products, and items in the food and



drink category. They are also kids product buyers, so from here, you can go to AliExpress to find a product to showcase to this audience.

Step 3Fred states that all you need to do is copy and paste his ad and adapt it for your own product. That’s it! That way, you don’t have to write any sales copy at all. From here on out, all you have to do is repeat the three step-process that you’ve been given and you’ll have it made. Justfind a product that’s going to give you a great ROI and scale that up.

Fred says that he has been able to start one campaign with just $5, but he was able to scale thisup to where he was investing $805,577.99. Obviously, he wouldn’t be spending this much if this business wasn’t profitable. This screenshot is shown below, as is a screenshot demonstrating how a student of his invested $1.93 and ended up making $29.95 back. That’s a crazy 1,451.81% ROI.

According to Fred, the key to all of this is to start with $5 and to sell what your audience wants. “You never sell based on what your customer needs,” he says, “You sell based on what your



customer wants.” Facebook’s Audience Insights tool is what’s going to allow you to do that, and if you do sell people what they truly want, you can pretty much sell your items at whatever price point you want to.

Step 4This is a secret that Fred has kept pretty close to his chest for about as long as he’s been selling eCommerce. He calls this “The Profit Multiplier” and says that this is the easiest way to make 200 -300% without doing a single thing. This is the exact strategy that he uses to go head to head with top competitors of his, and the cool part is that this specific strategy was actually created by McDonald’s back in the 1970’s.

Back in the ‘70s, McDonald’s conducted a survey and found that 200 customers per day were not ordering French fries. Since then, they’ve had their staff ask, “Do you want fries with that?”Nowadays, just about every single fast food restaurant uses this technique. That’s because they found that when they do this about half of the customers bought fries. That’s a 50% up-sell take-rate.

Let’s take a look at this from a math perspective. If a burger costs $3.00, and that’s all the customer buys, they only make $3.00. However, just by asking that question, they add that to the sale, and if the fries cost $2.50, then they make a total of $5.50 with each sale. That’s a 83.33% increase in sales, and all they have to do is ask that one question. What if the customer also were to add a drink for $1.25? That would be a 125% increase because the sale went from $3.00 to $6.75.

What about dessert? Let’s say that the customer also bought a sundae for another $1.25. That brings the order total up to $8.00, which would be a 167% increase from the original sale. This technique is called up-selling. The burger is just a front end product, and it also serves as the hook.



When you have a front end product, then you can wrap up other items in the sale for a package deal, but everything has to be related to the first product. For instance, when you buy a burger, it makes sense to add some fries because it gives you a little more to eat, and then it makes sense to wash all that food down with something, so you buy a drink. And, who can resist a good dessert after a full meal? You want to use the same technique when you are selling eCommerce.

Fred has customers who come in to spend just $20 and end up spending as much as $2,000. This is all thanks to his profit multiplier strategy. He’s made over $2 million in the last eight months this way. What if there was a software that could help you do this? And, what if you had a chance to get this software for free? You’ll learn more about this soon, but for now, let’s move on to Step 5.



Step 5Step #5 is to rinse and repeat. What you want to do is outsource, scale up, and repeat this process. You want to scale this up by adding more products, more up-sells, and by doing this more and more. You can build a business in the baby niche, in the car niche, or in the survival niche. Really, you can create a business in just about any niche this way. Ultimately, your goal is to build multiple sources of income.

Imagine that you had one store making $500, another making $5,000, and another making $3,000. It would be very easy for you to create a 6-figure business this way. That’s because you have the ability to go into any market with this 5-step system. Fred has done this multiple times with multiple stores and has made millions of dollars in profits as a result. Now, you might be thinking, “That might work for Fred, but this still seems like it would be pretty hard forme.” What if it all could be done for you? Well, it can.

This can all be done for you with technology that Fred and his team have put together. It took over 9 months to build this, and they spent over $140,000 on it as well. Seven dedicated team members worked to put this together, and because of this, you will have the ability to launch aneCommerce business in 17 minutes or less.





Live Demo Summary

During the live presentation of this material, Fred showed the audience the site above. It’s called BabyHaul, and when he first started this demo, he showed the audience that there were no products at all by going into the admin area and displaying the pages. He started the timer, and he logged into his Zero Up tool.

The next thing that Fred did was synchronize his Shopify account with the tool, and this was as easy as pasting in the URL for the site and clicking “Install”. After that, he went into the “Settings” and clicked on a banner titled “Store Site Wizard”. This brought up a number of different templates that have been designed to sell eCommerce and convert online.

After selecting the template that you want to use, you can move on to select the niche that youwant to go into. At the moment, there are 20 niches to choose from within the program, and the team is planning on adding a lot more. Since Fred was working on a site called BabyHaul.com, he chose “Kid’s Apparel and Accessories”.



The moment that you choose a niche and click on it, your entire store will be designed with the themes that were created to fit that niche. Not only that, but this software will automatically be fed with products that fit the niche you have chosen. Next, you’ll be asked for some information, which will require you to fill out about five fields. They are:

Store Name

Business Email Address

Business Phone Number

Country

Refund Period

Then, there will be a number of different selections to be made concerning the pages that you would like to include. All you have to do is check or uncheck the boxes, depending on what youwant to include. These options are:

Whatever pages you select will be generated for you, and all of your business information will be filled in at the right places as well. All you have to do, once you make your selection and filled out the appropriate fields, is click on the “Publish Your Store button”. This is all demonstrated above.

As soon as you click on the button, the magic starts happening. Your website begins to be generated and products that fit the store that you designed are added in. After this occurs, youcan go into your store and begin customizing. The software allows you to easily edit every single portion of your store. You can change the text size, font, color, and so much more!

When you first start editing your site, you may notice that there are no products on the pages. That’s because you can go in and select them from a side menu. As soon as you hit “Save,” the products that you wanted to include will be added to your site. In no time at all, your entire website will be built, including your home page, your “About Us” page, and even your “Contact Us” page. All of your store’s information will automatically be added in. Fred completed this entire process in 4 minutes and 39 seconds. How cool is that?

Believe it or not, this is only part of what Zero Up can do. Right now, they have a product engine that’s synchronized directly with AliExpress. So, now you can simply do your research



within the software. For example, you can use the software to search for baby bibs, and a number of results will appear.

Additionally, you’ll be able to see a number of stats such as the product’s price, rating, and the number of orders that have come in for each item over the last 30 days. You can even sort the results by these stats. So, if you wanted all the items that sold the best to come up first, you can set the search engine to sort the results by the number of orders. Plus, you can see at a glance who has ePacket available and who does not.

Traditionally, you would have to log into AliExpress, find the product you want to sell, and add all of the product’s information into your store. But, with the software, you can simply click the“Publish this product” button in line with the item on the search results page. When you do, the item will be added to your site with just a click of a button, and all of the product information will be included as well. That includes all of the pictures of the products, and each variant of that product. This software truly is incredible!

When the software does this, you will need to change the price, and you can edit any of the other details listed as well. When you are done, you can save your work, and you can go and view the product within your store. You’ll see that all of the relevant information about the



product has been added and the customer can choose from and view each of the different variations.
