The 2nd edition of the Toulouse Space Showwill be held from 8 to 11 June 2010 centred on seven major events:

• SPACE APPLI - 3rd International Space Applications conference

• TECHNO DIS - 2nd Conference on Disruptive technologies in Space Activities

• SPACE ECO - 1st Space and Economy Symposium

• Workshop NEREUS (Networks of European regions using space technologies)

• Conference S@ATCOM 2010: A new deal

• An international exhibition combined with business meetings

• Associated technical events and events for all publics, students and young people aimed to promote the value of Space applications in civil life, will be organised in the same time throughout the week.

• The Toulouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Toulouse)

CNES (for the symposia) and Midi-Pyrénées Expansion (for the exhibition and business

meetings).

3rd International Space Applications conference

• An opportunity to demonstrate how new satellite-based services and applications are playing an increasing role:

– in simplifying everyday life for us all.

– In resolving technical and economic requirements

• Multi-Thematic: Resources and sustainable development, health, transport and Safety development.

• Experience sharing and presentation of new and innovative technologies for the Space sector applications

An essential international forum for operational Space applications.

Attendees: 350 persons.Plenary and posters sessions

The Space and Economy Symposium“What are in 2010 the Space Business perspectives?” 

• the "Space-eco Symposium", intends to become a biannual event with a large international participation from most nations active in Space representatives, both from Space and finance industry, from business and research.

• The call for papers covers :– Risks and insurance– Markets and business plans– Financing, subsidies and institutional aids, stock exchange– Prices, costs, competition and its limitation– Management and development methods and tools– Relations between actors– Decision mechanisms– And any other topic in relation with Economics and Space

Attendees: 150 + pers.1 Plenary session

2nd Conference on Disruptive technologies in Space Activities

• This symposium will help identifying and characterising present or future disruptive technologies, and their impact on the design of future satellites and launchers, as well as ground segments.

• All areas of Space activities will be covered, including technologies:– which may lead to innovative terrestrial applications,– that are undergoing major changes, – and those which should benefit from further research and

development activities.

Workshop NEREUS Networks of European Regions Using Space Technologies

• NEREUS : 22 European regions + 17 associated members– the regions voice and the regional influence– the territorial needs for end users– Space technologie promotion and Space-service markets development– partnerships and exchanges

• Structure of workshop– Network presentation– Round Tables: Earth Observation, GNSS, Telecommunication, Education

Training Communication– Plenary Session for activities undertaken at regional and/or institutional level

• preparation and implementation of projects or services using Space technologies, • feedback from projects or services using Space technologies, • expressions of territorial needs, • regional or institutional synergies at European and International levels, • partnerships or cooperation schemes

of Space applications in civil life, will be organised in the same time throughout the week.
