Puppets
Remember, past times in the 1950s were very simple, such as puppet shows.
You can use any materials you would like to bring from home.
Mr. Wuebben will provide small brown paper bags, yarn, markers, and glue.
Your character needs to be someone Mr. Wuebben talked about in class. (This person will also be one of your topics)
If you want to be extra creative, your group can create a “set.”
Script
Your script needs to include all of your group’s characters.
You need to determine the order of characters.
Rotating characters is a good idea.
Time Line
Day One—introduce project, determine topics, begin research
Day Two—research, complete notes sheet
Day Three—make puppets Day Four—write script with
group, practice, record if time Day Five—finish practicing,
record, upload, and complete evaluation
Reminders

One of your topics should be a person—this will be your puppet
Your topics cannot be the same as another person in your group
One of your sources needs to be a book
