Many of you have noticed the beautiful

quilted Hoffman panel wall hangings that are

featured on various quilting sites. Instead of

trying to select various free motion quilting

designs, we will use a preprinted paper

pattern. Once it is stitched, the paper is easy

to remove. The result will be a beautiful floral

wall hanging. Machine required. WSS Kit fee required.

A simple table runner will be stitched together

to begin this project. Stitch-in-the-ditch

quilting will be used. In finishing the borders,

piping, and binding will be added. The piping

will be made with cording and fabric. The

binding will be made with continuous bias cut

machine can be a huge help in creating beautiful

free motion quilting designs! If you already

know how to use the rulers, or if you have never

used them, come to class to learn, review, and

refresh your techniques. Quilt a project you

Quilt as you go is an easy and fun method of

making a table runner or quilt. In using this

method of construction the piecing and

quilting are done at the same time. You do not

have to put the three layers (top, batting and

backing) together and then do the quilting. All

that remains is binding the edges. Machine

Has your serger been sitting in the closet for a

while? Let’s get it out and make a quick and

easy project. A placemat will be constructed

using a three thread wide overlock stitch. The

napkin will be finished with a rolled edge

stitch. A sewing machine is needed to quilt

the placemat before serging the edges.

No more graphs; no more lines; no more

Learn steps 1 & 2 of Design Positioning and

embroidery designs that look like they were

painted with color! Watercolor confetti is a

technique that incorporates a placement stitch

and tacking stitch that is used for traditional

applique. This technique is unique because it

uses a continuation of confetti and applique

limited and classes fill quickly, please register early. We strive to teach you

the most at the best possible value.

All classes require advance registration.

Classes involving kits require registration a minimum of 3 days prior to class

date.

Kit payment is required at the time of registration and is non refundable

Receive a 10% class discount on all non-sale supplies used in class. Kits have

been included with a 10% discount.

Classes will be cancelled 3 days prior to class date if insufficient registration.
