all members to find a comfortable way to support our congregation by choosing either a Patron or traditional commitment option.

PATRON COMMITMENT OPTIONS

GUARDIANFIRST-TIME GUARDIAN $3600 & UPWe invite an individual or family to join our philanthropic community with this option, intended for those who have never been a Patron of TBH-BE. The benefits are the same as for an Established Guardian.

ESTABLISHED GUARDIAN $4000-$4999Intended for those who have previously participated at a Patron levelIn appreciation, you will receive:n Annual membership privileges;

security fee includedn Membership in synagogue affiliate groupsn Recognition as a Patron of the High Holiday Matanah Appeal

n Two tickets for the annual synagogue fundraisern Invitation to special Patron events

BUILDER $5000-$7499Includes all of the above, plus two tickets for the annual Maltzman Memorial Shabbat Dinner

SUSTAINER $7500-$9999Includes all of the above, plus two guest tickets for our High Holiday Services

BENEFACTOR $10,000 & UPIncludes all of the above, plus a reserved parking space for our High Holiday Services

TRADITIONAL COMMITMENT OPTIONSSUPPORTERn Household/age-based commitment plus additional donation of $500

ASSOCIATEn For those who maintain full membership at another synagogue, this commitment includes school tuitions at the member rate

n High Holiday tickets, Bar/Bat Mitzvah service or scholarship eligibility are not included

FRIEND OF TBH-BEAll friends receive invitations to synagogue events, the monthly newsletter and email notices

NOTE: See Membership Commitment Form for all Supporter, Partner, Associate and Friend rates. All membership commitment options include single children up to age 25 and do not include tuitions, Youth Group fees, Bar/Bat Mitzvah fees, room rentals or other required or voluntary fees, unless stated.�Requests�for�financial�adjustments�or�special�arrangements should be submitted to the Executive Director.

NOTE: A single adult household member may choose to deduct $1000 from the Patron commitment options.
