A Message from the Diocese: ANNULMENTS (Declarations of Nullity) The Tribunal of the Diocese of Bismarck assists Bishop David D. Kagan D.D., P.A., J.C.L., in his ministry to serve the people of our diocese. As a part of this ministry, the Office of Canonical Services is pleased to announce the implementation of an ex-panded service to this area. By way of video conferencing our tribunal staff is now available on a weekly basis to assist di-vorced Catholic and non-Catholic persons who may be seek-ing clarity and/or an explanation about the annulment proc-ess. GoToMeeting is a confidential and secure way to conduct online collaborative, face to face interviews and meetings be-tween a tribunal auditor and anyone interested in the annul-ment process. An interview is recommended in order to be-gin the process. The purpose of the meeting would be to get a general overview of the basis for an annulment and to obtain the paperwork necessary to get the process started.

Our secure and confidential sites are located at the Church of St. Wenceslaus, Dickinson; Church of Our Lady of Grace, Minot; and Church of St. Joseph, Williston.

If you have any questions or wish to schedule an appointment, please call 701-204-7203 or toll free at 1-877-405-7435.

Jesus Invites You Jesus asked ,”Could you not keep watch for one hour?” (Mark 14:37) You are invited to watch one hour with Jesus in Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament chapel. Hours available are 24/7. Consider partnering with friends or family to commit to covering an open hour every week with flexibility. If you hear Jesus asking YOU to keep watch with him and would like to answer that call, contact Deb @ 663-1660 or [email protected] .
