STEAM BOILER CONSTRUCTION:
It is designed on forced circulation Heat Exchange principle fabricated out of high
temperature resistant seamless tubes, once through spiral coil nest is arranged to give 3 clear
passes of flue gases forms combustion zone. It ensures for optimum rate of heat release and
maximum heat transfer and low stack temperature. It is ultimately placed in double shell
with Aluminum heat retarded mounted on study steel frame for quick and easy installation.
SHELL AND COIL ASSEMBLY Inner & Outer shell, Aluminum foil in between two shells to act as heat retarder, Nest of once through spiral coil to give 3 clear pass and Top & Bottom refractory block.
BURNER, BLOWER &OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY:
Centrifugal Blower coupled with motor, Vertically downward position placed burner
complete with nozzle, nozzle holder, diffuser plate, ignition electrodes, photocell, sight glass

COMBINED SEPARATING AND THROTTLING CALORIMETER
Separating and throttling calorimeter is lagged in glass wool, encased in stainless
steel lagging covers. Water gauge glass (10 kg/sq.cm) steam pressure gauge cock and drain with
measuring jar.
Throttling calorimeter is lagged in glass wool, encased in chromium plated lagging
covers. Stainless steel orifice, dial thermometer through a gland direct into steam. Manometer and
connection.
SERVICE REQUIREMENT TO BE PROVIDED BY THE PURCHASER
Electrical Supply : 400/440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz.4 wire Electrical Load : 5 HP approx. Fuel Oil : 100 Ltrs approx, for demonstration Sump Tank : 6 ft x 4 ft x 3 ft depth very near to the equipment adjacent to
