SCHOOL STUDENT LEADERS The School Captains and Student Council Executive members are selected by staff and their peers to be role models for all students. This certificate is in recognition of their service to the school community.

THE RITA STRANGE MEMORIAL TROPHIES (Crescendo Award and Concert Band Award) Andrew and Greg Strange were Performing Arts students at North in the 1980s when Crescendo and the ensembles were first formed. Grandparents, Bill and Rita Strange, were staunch supporters of the program and the Strange family established these two awards in Rita’s memory to encourage and support key performers who have made an outstanding contribution in each of these ensembles. Each award is a perpetual shield to be presented to the winner each year.
