Many homeowners do not realize they would be liable for these types of incidents if their contractors are not insured. You can confirm insurance is carried by any pool maintenance company by requesting to view a current Certificate of Insurance. You can then contact the insurance company to verify the policy is current. Liability Insurance protects the homeowner from any property damage and any injuries.
Texsun Pools understands the importance of protecting both the homeowner and its employees by carrying a $1 million liability insurance including workers’ compensation for all it’s employees.
