If you would like to bring a spouse or guest to participate in conference activities, please remit a $35 auxiliary fee made payable to the Texas Probation Association and send it to Angela Semar at CMIT/SHSU (address on back). If you require a vegetarian or gluten free meal at the luncheon, please email [email protected] by July 9, 2021. Requests after that date cannot be accommodated.
Checks for the conference should be made payable to the Texas Probation Association. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas at Sam Houston State University no later than July 10, 2021 in order for a full refund to be processed. Cancellations made after July 10, 2021 will receive no refund. Substitutions may be made at any time.
