1. A FAKE identity was illegally disseminated to protect the business of attorney Joe Jamail and the 'operations' of the Harris County Courts. 2. John M. O'Quinn Law Firm represents the FAKE client documented in the "CAPIAS" - ( see CAPIAS document . 3. Trooper Lonnie Ray Davis genuine identity is that he was born Feb. 6, 1951, Texas DL NO. 05851818, resides at 16306 Jersey Drive, City of Jersey Village 77040. 4. Texas DPS General Counsel Pam Smith makes a clear distinction in official correspondence between "Trooper Davis" and "Mr. Davis".5. Carol Ann Davis DID NOT sue the Texas DPS when she sued the City Of Jersey Village ETAL 6. Attorney Barbara Worth Palmer (Lindy’s attorney) played a MAJOR role with attorney Ben Plaut to advance suborned perjury.
