The RELLIS Campus will be the ideal location for
companies to design, develop and test new technologies.
We welcome and encourage participation and strategic
partnerships with public and private sector entities interested
in finding solutions to the challenges we face in the 21st
century and beyond.

Current Proving Ground and Testbed Capabilities
• Six miles of concrete proving grounds and testbeds
• Five miles of urban grid flexible pavements
• Toll Equipment proving ground
• Smart Intersection testbed including SPaT capability
• V2I Applications & Communications (DSRC, 4G LTE, 5G)
• Highly-automated Vehicle (HAV) Testing
• HAV safe-stop testing and law enforcement training
• Human Factors Testing and Simulation
• UAS/UAV Laboratory and Proving Ground
• Secure storage/garage facilities
• Work zone Safety testing and training
• Crash testing of roadside and barrier systems
• Material testing for pavements, markings, signs, etc.
• Large-scale structural testing (high-bay) laboratory
